I generally sleep OK but a few times a year I have a bit of a tough time for a week or so. I have tried this 3 different times now and have never noticed that it worked. I talked to my dr and she said a calcium/magnesium supplement before bed will probably help more and that melatonin is better for people who need to change up their sleep patterns like shift workers or those on vacation in a different time zone and that it doesn't have much effect on sleep otherwise - it's more of a placebo effect and breathing exercises would help just as much. I will try the cal/mag supplement next time instead. -

Crest Pro-Health ProFresh Toothpaste
It's a good basic toothpaste that gets your teeth clean, but it's no better than any others. I don't notice a difference in whiteness at all either. I'd buy it again if it was on sale, but not for whitening or any of the benefits they claim.

I received this trial offer and have used it 3 times this week. Twice was on 2nd day hair and the other was on 3rd day old hair. I've tried other dry shampoos and this one is one of the best. I'm blonde and I do have to be a little careful but it doesn't come out so tacky white like other ones do, this one can blend better. And it does help to combat 2nd day hair, tho using it on 3rd day hair is pushing it (on me) but I don't think anything much would help. I would buy this again, especially since it's a reasonable price. -

It does tend to get EVERYWHERE - all over your skin, the floor, the wall behind you because sometimes the ball doesn't puff the first time, but you can really say that about any glitter ;) -

This stuff works well and smells great. I love that it's natural. But it is kinda pricy. I was able to get it on sale a few times and I would buy it again if I could find another sale but I think I'm on the search for something else a bit cheaper.
