C.O. Bigelow Ultra Mentha Lip Shine
This is yet another shiny lip gloss with a touch of peppermint added....it's nice but nothing special. I like the hint of mint if I'm applying it after a tea or something and can't brush my teeth. I also like that the mint is not so overpowering... +

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil
I don't usually like pencil eye liners because I find you get so much waste when you sharpen them, trying to get rid of the sharp bits....but this has such great staying power and the colors are so great it's worth buying a pencil.

I received this free to try and I actually quite liked it. I'm not really sure why the 2 steps were needed as a lot of CG's other mascara works basically the same and only have 1 brush. I have a few favorite mascaras and a ton of 'drugstore go-to'... +

I enjoyed this book! I liked it so much I passed it along to a few friends and family. I read this book a few years ago, way before the movie was made. The movie was good, but I enjoyed the book so much more. The movie just couldn't do it justice.

When I read the back to find out what the book was about I was a bit disappointed and wasn't sure I would enjoy it....I did end up enjoying it for the most part, and am happy about how they dealt with what had happened during the time since the last... +
When I read the back to find out what the book was about I was a bit disappointed and wasn't sure I would enjoy it....I did end up enjoying it for the most part, and am happy about how they dealt with what had happened during the time since the last book. There were a few parts I found a bit slow and boring and I think there may have been a few too many characters but all in all the book was enjoyable and if you were a fan of the original 2 Bridget Jones books you should probably read this one. -

I work in the beauty industry so I know that you can not get a true Gel nail without using the curing light....that being said I have found a few of the other nail polish brands who advertise the long wear polish to not be too far off. I figured this may have something that made it last a few more days than usual so I put out the $9 for this polish.
Nail polish normally lasts about 3-5 days on me. This lasted 1. It went on OK and I had high hopes but it's not even a good nail polish, let alone a long wear one. It also came off very easily with regular nail polish remover...something gel nail polish does not, which proves once again, it's SO not gel!
You're WAY better off spending 1/3 the price and buying a regular Sally Hanson nail polish and using a long wear top coat.

Lancôme Paris Grandiose Mascara
The pro's: It is really easy to apply, has a great brush and gets every lash. Your lashes look fabulous and I felt great wearing it. The con: All 3 times I have worn this mascara it has been a nightmare to try to remove it. It's sticky and pulls... +

It is really easy to apply, has a great brush and gets every lash. Your lashes look fabulous and I felt great wearing it.
The con:
All 3 times I have worn this mascara it has been a nightmare to try to remove it. It's sticky and pulls out my lashes. This is using the same makeup remover I have used for years with other brands (including other Lancome mascaras) with quick results.
So if I'm going to an event where I need great lashes I'll probably wear this, but I won't make it my every day because I just don't have the time or energy to remove it at night, nor do I have the extra lashes to spare!
