I received this Dove Refresh and Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo as part of the ChickAdvisor Review club. This was my absolute first time ever using a dry shampoo so I had nothing to compare it to but I was super excited to give it a try.
I was disappointed and very let down.
I normally wash my hair every second day. So The day after I washed my hair I skipped and the day I would normally wash my hair I decided to give the dry shampoo a try.
My first impression was the speed and force behind it, I did not expect it to come out of the can so quickly and so much at the one time. It was a white powdery substance.
I hated the smell it was too strong and not something I would want clinging to my hair all day.
It did absolutely nothing for my hair. I used it as the directions on the can told me too. Never noticed much change so I added a little more to my hair.
I could feel the product on my hair, and to touch my hair was just gross.
I felt like my hair was dirtier with the dry shampoo then it was if I had just went another day without washing it.
I will not be purchasing this product.

I was given the opportunity to try three of the Brookside bars through the ChickAdvisor Review club. Out of the three this one was really good and came in second place for me. The cherry flavor was delicious and paired with the dark chocolate and pomegranate really gave this bar a gourmet taste. I will most likely be purchasing this again in the future. My favorite of the three was the Blueberry Acai, but this one was my husbands favorite. Thanks for giving me the chance to review. -

I received this product as part of the products tester club here on ChickAdvisor. I also received two other flavors to test. To be absolutely honest this was my least favorite of the three. I just was not fussy of the flavor the mango was absolutely over powering to the bar which automatically threw me off when opening the package. But of course I was still eager to give it a try....I was sadly disappointed with the texture and flavor.
So of course I had to get my husband to try it to see maybe if it was just me, but he had the same response.

I was given the chance to review this product as part of the Testers club. This chocolate bar was absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of almonds added with blueberry and Acai. The dark chocolate gave it just the perfect flavor. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and I will definitely be purchasing this when my need for chocolate overwhelms me, which will be very very soon. -

The books are way better then the movies. (which is almost a given when a movie is made because of a book) -
