I spray my face with this daily, it is so hot these days that i just need a spritz of this stuff to cool down. I haven't noticed any significant benefits stemming from this product though. Was fixing it up every hour which is just too much! I've used drugstore mascara a that never smudged that much! There are so many other mascara so that will do the job! -

L'Oreal Paris La Couleur Infallible 24HR Eye Shadow
These are a bit pricy but they are one of the most beautiful drugstore shadows that I've tried. The metallic shadows seem to work better than the mattes. The mattes are patchy and do not apply as smooth. I enjoy metallics much better anyways :)

I don't think it has the same consistency as the tubes balms, feels thinner and less moisturizing. I do enjoy the minty tingle that I feel on the lips though. I would stick with Burt bees lip balms in a tube if you want something moisturizing. -
