This milk is great for providing lots of calcium and additional vitamins and minerals that are essential. It may not taste as good as regular milk (though the vanilla flavouring helps over the regular unsweetened) but it is way better for you! I usually add this to my cereal every morning and that’s always worked best for me. It’s usually a good price too, though it can be harder to find on sale. -

I used this product for over a year hoping it would bring some new hair growth to my extremely thinning hair or at least provide more volume as the product claimed. Unfortunately I saw no results on that end. However I will say for just your standard shampoo it made my hair feel decent, and it’s pretty good quality if you don’t count in the claim of it helping with hair growth or volume. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. -
