I have been using the Pentel R.S.V.P. fine-tip pens for years. They write so smoothly, and whereas other pen varieties have a tendency to skip or stop working out of the blue, these just keep going. I never have to scratch out a few lines to get it to start again because it simply never stops.
The fact that these are clear gives you a good indication of when the ink is going to run out. With pens in an opaque casing, you never really know until it's too late, but here you can see the amount of ink as you continue to use the product. It seems to last a pretty long time in comparison to other pens as well, which is a good thing.
My only complaint is that the ink takes a lot more time to dry than normal, so if you're writing a list from the top downand you accidentally rest your hand on the ink, it smudges incredibly easily. Likewise, if the ink hasn't dried yet and you put another sheet of paper or an object on top, it will bleed onto said paper or object. Just be mindful of the dry time here, because otherwise it's a great pen.

Though many people may be familiar with the U.S. version of Shameless, starring William H. Macy, the original UK version is what started it all. It ran from 2004 to 2013 for a total of eleven series and 138 episodes, earning several British awards including the highly coveted BAFTA.
The show is about the Gallagher family, a large family from Manchester whose mother deserted them and whose father is a drunken lowlife. The children often have to rely on each other to get through everyday life, and the show focuses on their misadventures with the colourful characters in town, including a family of gangsters, the local brothel, the bar patrons, and more.
This is classified as a soap opera in the UK, but it is most definitely a comedy. It has wacky and bizarre storylines that a soap opera would put to use for dramatic purposes, but Shameless doesn't take itself too seriously. That's not to say it's completely without drama or heart; quite the opposite, but the moments of levity are frequent. It's a very funny show, and it's one of my favourites of all time.
I find that the first two series are completely different from the others. This is because they're more about ntroducing the Gallagher clan and what their life is like, as well as putting focus on two characters who are only going to be there for the first 12 episodes or so. It really gets into a groove after that, so if you're not impressed straight away, I would encourage you to wait a little bit to see what the show really has to offer.
The acting is great, particularly from David Threlfall, who plays patriarch Frank Gallagher. He is always a joy to watch on screen. The supporting cast is so varied that you are bound to find characters whom you love and those whom you hate. This may even end up changing from year to year! That's the fun of this show.
I would highly recommend this for fans of British shows. If you go into this expecting anything at all similar to the U.S. version, you will be sorely disappointed, but if you keep an open mind, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Up is a 2009 computer animated film by Pixar, and it won the 2010 Academy Award for Best Animated Film at the Academy Awards. It is rated G with a running time of 96 minutes.
The story follows Carl, an elderly curmudgeon who's about to lose his house and be forced into a retirement home. One day a boy scout named Russell comes to his home and refuses to leave until he's helped the old man with something. Their adventure begins as Carl attaches balloons to his house and they set sail to the perfect destination.
The opening montage has to be one of the most perfect sequences of any film. It brought my big brother, a grown man of rather impressive height, to tears. The rest of the film is so colourful and lively, with memorable characters and thriĺling adventure and comedy that it's sure to please both younger and older audiences.
This is easily one of Pixar's very best films, which is saying a lot considering they keep their quality at top notch at all times. I highly recommend this film to any fan of animated features.

This started as a project on HitRECord, which is an online, open collaborative production company. People from all around the world can start projects in all different mediums, from music to film, artwork and writing. The Tiny Stories collaboration is just that -- people coming together to write stories that are often just one or two sentences in length. Other people would come in and add artwork that they felt had some sort of relation to the written words.
The end result was The Tiny Book of Tiny Stories, a pocket-size book which contains a number of different tiny stories written and drawn by various users on the HitRECord website. Volume one is red and is 88 pages in length; the second volume is navy blue and is 64 pages in length; and the third volume is yellow and is the longest at 128 pages in length.
This is a unique gift if you are looking for a stocking stuffer, or just something different to give someone. It's a nice idea to know that the money is going to talented, independent artists from all over the globe. Some of the artwork in here is so quirky and fun, and the words go so well with the pictures. The books may be small, but I feel that they're special.

This is the very first product I ever tried from Lush. I was about twelve, with very irritated and acne-prone skin. We didn't have a Ludh in our city, so my mom placed an order to have it delivered to us.
This cleanser isn't the traditional liquid cleanser. Instead, it comes in a container, and you take a little bit out and mix it up with some water before applying it to damp skin. It has a very light smell, and although there are little chunks and seeds, it does feel very calming on the skin. It feels almost like applying a paste to your face, kind of like those face masks that are a powder that you mix with water before they thicken up.
My skin is very sensitive, but this is a very soothing cleansing experience. I recommend this if you're looking forsomething to leave your skin feeling clean and smooth without any tightness.

This is my mom's favourite scent from the entire Lush catalogue, so after we had both tried the bath bomb and bubble bar, I decided to buy the soap. It has the same signature scent of all the other Karma products, which is to say it smells great! It has a very spicy, earthy fragrance to it. I do find that the Karma products are some of the more heavily scented ones from Lush, and while I can use them, I tend to do so more sparingly than I would their other products.
This soap lathers very well and provides great moisture. Some of their soaps can either shrink or grow quite soft and mushy over time, but this one remains quite solid. It retains its shape well, though it will of course shrink much faster if you keep and use it in the shower, rather than using it primarily as a hand soap at the sink.
I would recommend this for anyone who enjoys the Karma scent and is looking for a good bar of soap.

I can actually recall the time when Lush held a contest to design and name their new bath bomb. One loyal Lush fan submitted their idea for the Sex Bomb, which is pink and purple with a little floral bud in the centre, and it has bren part of their bath bomb catalogue ever since!
The Sex Bomb is one of their most popular bath bombs for a reason. It's big (180 grams), it's beautiful -- just look at it for yourself! -- and it smells amazing, like jasmine. It fizzes nice and slowly in the water, turning your bathwater into a sumptuous delight of pink and purple foam. The gentle floral aroma will soothe you, and the essential oils will soften your skin as you soak in the water. The colours do tend to stain the sides of the tub a tiny bit, but it's nothing a rinse of clear water can't get out.
Some may recommend popping the whole thing in the bath at once, but because it's so big, I prefer to split it into chunks and use it a few different times. I feel it's better to stretch it out so you get more bang for your buck, andalso so the fragtance doesn't overwhelm you, if you're sensitive.

Snow Fairy is a shower gel available exclusively at Christmas time. This particular scent is also available in other products, so if you're a fan, you can buy the whole line.
Although this isn't my favourite scent from Lush, it's still nice. It's very, very sweet and sort of smells like candy. The gel itself is very pink and has a touch of glitter to it, though I don't notice it much. I don't find that it lathers quite as well as some of their other gels, which glide on smooth and silky and require the smallest amount of product to really foam up.
I would recommend this if you really like sweet scents and the novelty of a girly, pink shower gel. This one just isn't my personal favourite, but it's by no means a poor product.

The Butterball bath bomb is one of my favourites from Lush. If you don't know what a bath bomb is or haven't used one before, it's this this little bath treat that you pop in the water, and it will immediately foam and fizz.
This particular bath bomb is quite small in comparison to some of the others that Lush sells at just half the size (90 grams). However, it does usually come in different shapes around the Christmas season, and those ones tend to be bigger. I believe their snowman shape is the standard 180 grams.
Butterball has a wonderful vanilla scent, and it has little bits of moisture inside of it. As it breaks down in the water, you'll feel these little hydrating nubs that you can rub into your skin like a moisturizer. So even though it'ssmaller, I feel this gives it a bit more value since most bath bombs just dissolve completely.
This results in a lovely, relaxing bath experience. I'd highly recommend it for people who are both new to bath bombs and those who are looking for something new to try.

I had never used a solid shampoo prior to using the NEW bar. All I did was pick it up and run the bar over my wet hair, and it would lather right up! It smells very much like some sort of chai tea, because of the spices. I like that scent, but there are some who may not want to smell like cloves, which is understandable.
This does leave your hair feeling and looking very clean, as do the other Lush shampoos I've tried, but unfortunately I didn't find that my hair got any extra volume. It's supposed to have a thickening effect, but I really didn't see that. Also, I find that their shampoo bars get EXTREMELY mushy, very quickly, to the point where it becomes hard to use them. Putting them in the tin does little to rectify that. The idea of a shampoo bar is interesting, and I can certainly see where they're coming from when it comes to reducing packaging and aiding the environment, but ultimately, I think a traditional shampoo is easier to deal with and you waste less product.
