This is one of the first high-end lip glosses I purchased with my own money. It's still one of the very best lip gloss formulas I have ever tried!
This gloss has a very creamy, hydrating feel to it. Many glosses are less hydrating, but this one feels very comfortable and smooth on the lips. Also unlike other glosses, it's not overly sticky, yet it somehow stays on for a really long time.
The colour range is really fantastic, and the pigmentation is exceptional for a gloss. They are colourful and high shine, yet they have a more sophisticated sheen. While some glosses are definitely better suited to a younger crowd, these ones are versatile and work well at any age.
These last a long time and don't dry out or smell funny. They're well worth the price.

Like most eye rollers, this has a very cooling sensation on the skin, but that's about all it actually does.
I have extremely dark circles that appear a very dark purple on my fair skin. This did absolutely nothing to improve the appearance. I don't have puffiness, but due to my eye shape I naturally have some very fine lines underneath my eyes, which may get more pronounced with fatigue or dryness. Again, this did nothing to lessen the appearance.
I have very dry undereyes and thought this would at the very least provide some hydration. The product is very thin and my skin sucked it right up, afterwards feeling even more dry and tight.
This also dried right out in the tube after only a couple of uses -- nothing would come out onto the ball. It's honestly a terrible product and one of the worst I have ever tried.

I have very fair skin and dark circles look extremely noticeable under my eyes. They're very dark and purple, so Iwas hoping this cream might help with the appearance, as well as with smoothing out any dryness.
Unfortunately, this product did no such thing. It's a very thin, slippery formula which doesn't feel at all hydrating, and it has had zero effect on my dark circles. Being that this was a bit more expensive than some of my other creams, I was hoping it would do SOMEthing, but it literally did nothing. The tube itself is also very small, so it felt even more like I had been ripped off.
There was such a constant build-up of product and gunk at the tip that the tube looked very unappealing, and the pump at times stopped working. I think this could have been packaged in a more pleasing and efficient way.

I have tried many different brands of cleansing cloths, but I always come back to these ones. I firmly believe that they are the best quality available for the price.
You get 50 cleansing, toning, eye makeup removing wipes in each pack. You can often buy multi-packs, which give you even more value, and these last a long time.
The texture of the wipes is very soft and gentle. I have tried wipes specifically made for sensitive skin, but these ones feel better on the skin and less scratchy. They are very wet, which means you can remove a lot of makeup with just one wipe, but I do find I have to go over the area more than once to clean the area completely. I always follow up with a liquid cleanser, so if the wipes don't remove everything, it's not such a huge deal.
There's no funny smell, or chemical fragrance. These have very little scent, but what little they have is very mild and almost smells of aloe, which is very soothing and refreshing.
These don't dry out as long as you keep them sealed, so they really are a great option.

Sharpie markers are one of those things that have been around for as long as I can remember, but they've grown and evolved in many ways since I was a kid! They now have so many different colours and thicknesses to choose from, which make them an even greater force to be reckoned with.
The fine-tip version of these markers is absolutely superb. It allows for the ultimate precision in whatever it is you're doing, whether it's writing or marking off a line somewhere. As for colours, I particularly enjoy the metallic finishes on these; they're stunning!
If you need a good permanent marker, Sharpie has probably got one for you.

I was provided several samples of this product in the mail, out of the blue. I decided to try them to see if they would have any effect.
I followed the instructions that came with the strips. These had a really hard time adhering to my teeth, and were constantly flopping around in my mouth. After some time had passed and it was time to take them off, my saliva had made the strips so flimsy and slippery that I could barely get a grip to remove them! They tore off in pieces.
I don't feel that these were very effective in whitening my teeth, even after following up with the sample of Crest 3D White Toothpaste that this came with. I went through all of the samples over the course of one month, even though they were a difficult nightmare, and they did nothing.
I can get a tube of whitening gel from my dentist for less than a box of these, and it works way better.

I have used these strips several times throughout my life. I find that while they do help a small amount with blackheads, if you have really bad blackheads or really deep ones, they don't do much.
The price is a bit high on these considering you only get a few per package. You can get a no-name brand for a much better price, and the quality is the same (sometimes better).
These have a tendency to leave redness and broken capillaries around the nose, if you use them too often or are overly sensitive. Also, make sure that what you have are actual blackheads and not sebaceous skin follicles.

My usual brand of dairy-free margarine ran out and when I went to the store to get another, I found out it was on indefinite back order. Luckily I came across some reviews for the Becel Vegan on here, otherwise I wouldn't have known it even existed! It sounded good, so I decided to try it out.
This stuff doesn't disappoint! It tastes just as good as, if not better than, the brand I was using before. It tastes just like regular margarine, with a slightly salty flavour and a lightly whipped texture. It's so much softer and smoother in consistency than the other brand I was using -- I found that one kind of hard and difficult to spread, but this one is soft and spreads easily.
Whether you're dairy-free by choice or for health reasons, this is a very good option.

This is one of those things where I have to wonder how I ever lived without this! I seriously watch this more than cable television, which is far more expensive each month, and much less reliable. With Netflix, I can just turn it on and not have to worry about whether my digital box is going to screw up on me in some way or another, because the shows all stream through my gaming device. As long as the wi-fi is working, streaming works perfectly.
The selection in Canada is great. I know a lot of people like to complain because other countries get more than Canada does, but honestly, how many shows/movies can you possibly watch? I'd like to think I watch quite a bit, but I'm still way behind on many things. There's no way you can make it through the entire catalogue!
One of the best reasons to own Netflix is their original programming. They put out some of the finest television shows currently on the air, as well as some really great films and documentaries.
If you have a kid, there's also a child section full of family-friendly shows and films.

Because Swarovski crystals are machine-cut, there's great precision on each crystal. They are beautifully made, very high quality pieces that are manufactured to be as close in size and shape as possible.
The variety of sizes, colours, finishes, and shapes is astounding. There are so many types to choose from, and they are always coming out with new ones. Some colours and shapes become discontinued over time, which is unfortunate, but these things happen. You're bound to fall in love with another one from the collection.
These are so beautiful and versatile. You can use them in pretty well any project and have it turn out well! If theprice scares you off, there are some good places to buy online which are much cheaper. I can buy hundreds for the same amount as buying 25 at my local craft store.
