These are my favourite pads, by far, and the ones I turn to most often during my period. They're very soft, comfortable and non-irritating, and the wings are nice and flexible. They provide very good coverage and absorption. They make it very easy to go about my day without having to worry and without having to wonder if everyone knows I'm wearing them. -

These pads are very thin and lightweight, which makes them a lot more comfortable to wear than the thicker pads that are available. I also find them to be just as absorbent as the thicker alternative. The only downside for me is that because the material is different, it tends to make more noise when I'm moving around -- it makes a sort of shuffling sound. So even if it's not detectable by sight, you can definitely hear it. It's not a dealbreaker, but I still wish it didn't happen. -

I got this in one of the beauty boxes I used to subscribe to. I'm not a big fan of rubber mascara wands, so I wouldn't have chosen this mascara for myself, but I didn't want it to go to waste. It started off not too badly, but after only about three uses it started clumping up like crazy -- I couldn't pull the wand out without huge globs balling up at the tip and sticking the the little spikes together. I always had to wipe it down before using, and even then, it did not apply well on my lashes. Chunks would form (particularly on my lower lashes) and it flaked A LOT throughout the day. This was one of my least favourite mascaras to date. -

I bought this in the shade Mauve it Up. Not sure if it was mislabelled in the store or what happened exactly, but the tester was a lot lighter than the shade I actually ended up with -- a dark plum rather than a mauve. It's still a really nice shade, just not what I was expecting. The formula is pretty comfortable, but I find that it smears very easily outside the line of my lips, as well as having a tendency to feather in the centre. Both of these things are fixable, but I would prefer not to have to deal with them in the first place. Still, these come in so many colours and the price is good, so I would still recommend them. -

I have been using Urban Decay eyeshadows since I was in my late teens, and they're still some of my absolute favourites. The formula is amazing on all of the finishes, and they're super blendable and easy to work with. The colour range is amazing, and I've found quite a few shades that are truly unique to this brand. Some of my personal favourites are Midnight Cowboy Rides Again, Half Baked, Fireball, Tonic, and Grifter. -

They do take a bit of care to really get the full effect of each shade, maximizing colour and minimizing fallout. But if you have the tools and you're willing to put in the time, they're way worth it. -

I was diagnosed as gluten intolerant a couple of years ago, so I've been on the hunt for a decent breakfast cereal that I can actually eat. I tolerate this one very well. I found the honey version too sweet, so I thought I'd try these ones instead. They're quite bland on their own, so for my breakfast I will often pour in my almond milk and then add in some fruit and nuts. They do give a few recipes on the back of the box which are pretty good, too! They come in a nice big box, so I find they last me quite awhile. I'd recommend if you want something plain to build around. -

I started using the Pronamel toothpaste about seven or eight years ago, after my dentist noticed my enamel had suffered quite a bit of wear. This has prevented it from getting any worse, and even the whitening version does seem to have some sort of effect as I haven't noticed my teeth getting any more yellow in quite some time (and I haven't bleached in years). The taste is great, and the big tubes really last. I no longer use anything else. -
