I received my shu uemura cleansing oil in the mail. It was small so I had only on gash wash. When I say after using my skin felt soft and moisturized. My face also had a glow. I will have to buy more to get the full effect of formula. I loved the smell not too much. Thanks for opportunity to try. Formula is not sticky or chalky. I too hard on skin    -
