I'm glad Butterly chose me to experience this beautifully made stainless steel pan, which is made from 10/18 food grade stainless steel. I have been using it for two days to cook the food and the pan heats up relatively quickly. As long as you have a good grasp of the heat, the oil temperature is appropriate, the food really will not stick to the pan, and it is very convenient to clean after frying.
