Before using Voila, I used another competitor service. Biggest difference isn’t just the varying prices of products in each store, but in the billing for the service. Voila will bill the customer prior to picking the groceries. Normally not a big deal, but if your cheque doesn’t hit your bank account first thing, Voila automatically cancels your order. The competition just keeps trying to bill your account/card in order to deliver your goods. I will def be returning to the competition! Better luck next time, Voila!    -
