Tazo Passion Herbal Tea
I love this tea hot, but nothing compares to having it iced. In the summer, I make a pitcher of passion iced tea and enjoy out in the sun. Light and refreshing but flavourful enough that the tea isn’t weak tasting.

My favourite thing about Tazo tea is that they do both classic and unique teas so well. The wild sweet orange tea has such an authentic taste, in no way artificial and not trying to replicate other flavours that are out there. I enjoy this tea as part of my regular rotation, it is both comforting and a great pick-me-up. Would highly recommend. -

I received this product for free from Chick Advisor- I like the scent, how evenly it applies onto the skin. I used this product for a couple of weeks and noticed my skin was less dry. I recently switched back to my old product and my skin is suddenly dryer so I think I'll stick to this product! The entire line works well together and is very gentle on sensitive skin. No added scents either which just further makes it more appealing of a product for someone with sensitivities. -

I have combination skin and therefore am usually a bit skeptical when trying a new product that it will aggravate my already temperamental skin situation. I was pleasantly surprised and found this product gentle yet effective -skin was noticeably smoother and firmer after a few uses. I will keep using this for sure. -

I received this clay mask free from chickadvisor. I tried it in the evening which was perfect as it had a pleasing odour and was relaxing to have on. It went on easily and was not abrasive. I also liked that there was a notable change in my skin the next morning -softer, less inflamed, tighter pores. Unfortunately my skin was a bit dry after but I used moisturizer and I think that for occasional use (once a week) it would be perfect. -

So let me just start by saying that I am so obsessed with this cereal that my husband bulk ordered me 10 boxes off of Amazon for my birthday. This is my absolute favourite cereal- nutritionally, it's pretty good calorie, sugar and fibre-wise. But the taste and texture is where it's at. It's got the perfect crispiness and even in milk I find it doesn't get soggy right away (which is good when you have a gigantic bowl to get through). It's also got a very mild maple-y flavour which is delicious. I've never really been a cereal person, but a switch flipped when I discovered this cereal and I will admit I've gone through some lengths to get my hands on a box. -

I've been stocking up on these bars for months now. First off, they are affordable and accessible (you can get them at any grocery store, in the cereal bar aisle and they cost basically the same as any other granola bar). Most importantly however, these bars taste like dessert...like you should feel guilty about eating them but they are actually fairly low cal, have a good amount of protein, and not much sugar (and no artificial sweeteners). I eat these almost on a daily basis- if I don't have time for breakfast, after a run or workout, whenever I get hangry around 3pm and dinner seems so far away. These bars are great for all of that! I keep them in my purse, or car just in case. They come in 3 delicious flavours, and I wish there were even more to choose from. 10/10 would recommend. -

I got this product for free in the form of coupons that I could redeem at my local grocery store. But that proved to be tougher than anticipated. The e-mail notifying me that I was selected said I could redeem the coupons at any FreshCo or Metro location. I had to go to three grocery stores to find this product. Each store I went to had a big empty shelf and 1 box of either muffins or bars (never the kind I needed). I ended finding it but the best before date was for 2 days later...so I was a bit bummed to get a less-than-fresh product but I was tired of going from store to store. I did not love this product- the bars are a soft, cake consistency which I typically like but this bar was somehow very crumbly and actually a good portion of the bar had crumbled away already in the package making it not so visually appealing. I also found it to be a bit stale tasting...but again this could be because it was a box that was on the cusp of expiring. The nutritional facts leave much to be desired- for a brand that clearly boasts that it is "good and simple" I found the ingredients list long, the sugar content very high, and the fibre content low. This basically is a mediocre cake disguised as a "healthy" breakfast or snack food. I am a Registered Dietitian and am always looking for healthy, easy to grab and go food items that I can recommend to my clients, but this will definitely not be one of them. Overall, I did not find that this product met the availability, taste, quality, or nutritional value that I would look for. -
