I find myself having difficulty falling asleep some nights, whether it's because the day's events were running through my mind or I had too much screen time before bed. Whatever the case, with this product, I'm able to reclaim my sleep again and get the rest that I need. With a blend of magnesium glycinate, GABA, and melatonin, it has this amazing calming effect. This formula was designed to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and reset the body's sleep-wake cycle while promoting, relaxation. I find it gently relaxes me and quiet's my mind and very soon I drift off to sleep and actually stay asleep through the night. And once I wake up the next day, I don't get that morning grogginess that's often associated with sleeping aids. I feel alert, awake, and refreshed, ready to tackle my day fully rested. Thank you! For me, it has always been challenging to get my child to eat properly. Omega-3 fatty acids are so vital for their growing bodies, not only for the brain, eyes, and nerves, but with Vitamin D3 as well, so important for immune functioning, strong bones and teeth. Since my daughter is a picky eater, this product has been a God send! Just a teaspoon (or a squeeze...lol) is all you need and you can hide it in a smoothie or topped on dessert. It tastes like a yummy, creamy orange popsicle but has an ever so slightly hint of bitterness that she can taste if taken right off the spoon so I like to hide it in the food she eats. Love this!!!! -

All of which help combat fine lines, wrinkles, and refining the look of your pores and smooth and brighten the look of your skin. It's perfect for all skin types even dry, sensitive ones like mine.
Used as your last step skincare in PM, this stick is super easy to use, mess-free. There is very little scent but I can't describe what it smells like. All you have to do is gently swipe all over face and neck. Then I just gently pat in the product into my face to help it absorb. The balm is a creamy, velvety texture Skin feels a bit tacky afterwards but softer, supple, nourished and feels like the product sticks to your face while you sleep. Make sure to use SPF during the day. After one week my skin looked visibly brighter, smoother, and bouncy even! I'd love to see what my skin looks like after a month of use and so on....

All of which to help firm, moisturize, and brighten the skin. It's virtually scentless. Used as your last step skincare in PM, this stick is super easy to use, and mess-free. It feels very lightweight and leaves the eye area hydrated and nourished. Great for all skin types. To make sure you don't snag the skin around your delicate eye area, warm up the product by applying directly on the outer corner of your eye first making small circles then gently swipe the area around your eyes and then I just pat in the product for better absorption.
After one week I noticed my under eye area looked less tired, more hydrated and visibly brighter. Make sure to follow up with an SPF during the day. I'd love to see what my skin looks like after a month of use and so on...

This "Peaches & Cream" Frozen Yogurt satisfies the flavours of summer for me with little peach bits rolled into this creamy texture that's super light and fluffy like you're eating a whipped peachsicle dream. It's the perfect alternative to ice cream that's sinfully delicious. Perfectly balanced; it's not too sweet or too heavy and is only half the calories (160 calories for 3/4 cup). Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too...or in this case frozen yogurt!! Hahha... The ultimate summer treat for my family any time of the year!!!

I am so happy to have the opportunity to collab with Covergirl to create this makeup look with this "gifted" product, the "Exhibitionist Stretch and Strengthen Mascara" in exchange for my honest opinion. Being a huge fan of their original Exhibitionist mascara, I couldn't wait to dive into this product. This newest edition is supposed to lengthen and strengthen your lashes from root to tip and since I was born with short and straight lashes, who wouldn't want dreamy lashes! This formula contains Peptides, Biotin, and pro-vitamin B5 for that lash extension effect. Being cruelty-free, this formula also virtually had no fragrance which is perfect for those who are sensitive to scents! It's also lightweight and gentle enough for contact lens wearers like myself.
This product is said to be mess-free, clump-free, and smudge-free. This formula did have a few clumps and I did have slight smudging under my eyes by the end of the day probably due to its wet formulation but nothing a little setting powder couldn't fix. The trick is to allow the mascara to dry between coats if applying more than one. It coated my lashes beautifully from root to tip and wasn't drying either and lasted all day. Wow...And this mascara was extremely pigmented!!! I loved that after only one coat, it looked like I tightlined my upper lash line making my lashes appear thicker and more dense giving them this eye-popping effect!!! Totally smokin' hot!

I'm always on the lookout for new haircare products especially shampoos because of my dry damaged hair due to hair colouring and environmental stressors and was so glad to have the opportunity to try this out! I've heard of shampoo bars before and love the concept, but never tried one. You use it like you would a bar of soap making sure you work up a good lather first. Then apply from the root to the tips. It lathered quite nicely and noticed the difference immediately in my hair after the first use. I felt like it did a much better job at cleaning my hair than those conventional shampoos. It doesn't leave any residue or film like some of them do and my hair felt lighter, healthier, and shiner afterwards.

My hair never looked and felt more amazing! It didn't feel dry or brittle at all as I had the "Nourishing Bar - for Dry, Dull Hair". The only thing is you have to let air dry with one of those plastic soap savers so it doesn't allow it to actually touch the soap dish, otherwise you'll have a goopy mess. According to the website, it's supposed to provide up to 48 washes (or about 2 months of usage as that'll depend on how many times you wash your hair).

I love that it's 95% plant-based, eco-conscious, environmentally friendly, zero plastic waste and travel-friendly too. Love it!
