I found that as I got older my skin became progressively drier and of course less firmer than when I was in my younger years and love that Loreal has created these moisturizers that help tackle and target specific on skin concerns related to age categories. I have to say that the texture for this cream was pretty luxurious for a drugstore brand. The quality of the cream felt like I was using a high end brand and I felt so spoiled by the luscious feel as the product melted into my skin, absorbing quite nicely.
NIGHT CREAM KEY POINTS:
- Thick nourishing cream consistency for intense hydration
- Light perfumed scent
- Skin felt immediately softer, nourished, and moisturized
- Skin felt more elastic, bouncy, and supple to the touch
- Skin appeared smoother, glowy, and more radiant
FINAL THOUGHTS: Although I have only tested the product for about a week, I love it a lot. For this short span of time, I've already seen the difference in my skin from the lack luster before use to a more vibrant glowly appearance. I've found my fountain of youth in a jar! Nice! I definitely recommend these two as part of your anti-aging skincare routine and would definitely buy it! Thank you Loreal Paris, Chickadvisor, and Butterly for introducing me to this amazing gem!

I found that as I got older my skin became progressively drier and of course less firmer than when I was in my younger years and love that Loreal has created these moisturizers that help tackle and target specific on skin concerns related to age categories. I have to say that the texture for this cream was pretty luxurious for a drugstore brand. The quality of the cream felt like I was using a high end brand and I felt so spoiled by the luscious feel as the product melted into my skin, absorbing quite nicely.
DAY CREAM KEY POINTS:
- Nice non-greasy, whipped texture
- Light perfumed scent
- Skin felt immediately softer, nourished, and well-hydrated
- Woke up the skin, making it look smoother, visibly brighter, and more youthful in appearance
- Works well under makeup; makeup looked clean and fresh
FINAL THOUGHTS: Although I have only tested the product for about a week, I love it a lot. I was so happy to have received the Dove refillable deodorant to try for free because I found that anti-perspirants to be quite irritating on my skin as I have sensitive skin since they usually contain aluminum in them. I love that Dove as a major corporation is on a mission to address the issues of plastic waste by helping do their part in reducing global waste by creating products like this one in a reusable, sustainable steel case with the promise of "buy once, refill for life". Plus the small amount of plastic used is 98% recycled. It was super easy to insert the refill into the base with a twist and click action. Just make sure not to apply the product with too much pressure as it could possibly break off the base. With 1/4 moisturizer and 0% aluminum, this deodorant is non-drying on the skin. I received the scent "Coconut + Pink Jasmine" and it had a lightly perfumed but fresh scent not too overpowering at all. I apply it in the morning before heading to work or run my errands and it kept me feeling fresh all day. No irritation. The packaging is super cute and sleek. It's compact enough to throw into your purse or gym bag. I absolutely love this new concept! -

I received this product for free to try out in exchange for my honest opinion. I usually have a hard time finding a good deodorant that works for me and was glad to have discovered this one. Not only is it refillable but it's environmentally friendly too. I have sensitive skin and need a product that would last me all day without reapplication and I think I finally found it. I couldn't stop raving about it to my wife who received the women's version of this deodorant. With 0% aluminum and 1/4 moisturizers, it worked wonders for me without any skin irritations. I liked the fresh scent of ocean breeze as well. The only complaint I had was that the steel case container was too small to hold for my hands. Other than that, I really enjoyed this product! Worked quite well! -

Being a lover of CoverGirl cosmetics for years, I didn’t know they had a skincare line which of course is cruelty-free and was excited to receive this sample of their "Clean Fresh Weightless Water Cream Moisturizer" from Chickadvisor through the Butterly Review Platform. This sample package of 1.5 ml allowed only about 2 applications and I absolutely loved it after the first try! It's 100% Vegan, and oil-free so it won't clog your pores, it's perfect for all skin types. Being very lightweight, it’s made with TruClean Cactus Water + Hyaluronic Acid. The texture is like a watery, gel-like cream and I love the scent that resembles aloe to me. It’s quite moisturizing, let me tell you, my skin felt soft, plump and super hydrated after that. It's also perfect under makeup and can be used as a primer. It definitely made my makeup look fresh even after hours of applying. It says that it's supposed to hydrate the skin for 72 hours but I didn't have enough of the product to test that out but this definitely would be a moisturizer I’d want to purchase and now it's got me curious about what other products are available in their skincare line I’d love to try. I think this cream is perfect for our harsh Canadian winters but also light enough that you can use any time of the year really. Absolutely love this product!! I was so happy to have been selected to try this new product, "A2 Milk". Often times the regular milk that we drank bothered our stomachs, not only for myself but for my husband and daughter too and we were never medically diagnosed as being lactose-intolerant either. Using milk alternatives like almond, oat, or cashew just didn't cut it for our morning cereal, oatmeal, or tea because nothing beats the taste of what regular milk can provide. Now hearing about this launch, we were totally psyched to test it out!
A2 milk is a variety of cow's milk that lacks the beta-casein proteins called A1 and is mostly made up of A2 protein. So those who are sensitive to milk could possibly be reacting to the A1 protein found in regular milk rather than being lactose intolerant. A2 milk is 100% Canadian and from sustainable farms. It's available in homogenized, 2%, and 1% skimmed milk varieties.
We think it tasted just like regular milk and it didn't upset our stomachs either especially my daughter's as she was the most sensitive to milk out of all of us. Growing up, milk played a major role in her diet but when she couldn't have it anymore she was so disappointed. Now she's super happy! I received this wonderful sample of "Schmidt's Rose + Vanilla" scented deodorant stick to try in exchange for my honest opinion. It's an all-natural, aluminum-free product that's wonderful for sensitive skin like mine. It has this amazing scent of roses and nothing artificial about it. It feels dry to the touch, a thick stick formula, glides on smooth. Felt dry for hours and you don't need a whole lot, just one or two swipes! I love that it's cruelty-free and vegan. -
