I decided to try the ceptaphil gentle skin cleanser as I kept noticing it in the stores so as I was in need of a new cleanser I figured I would try it out.
I picked the one for gentle even though I don't have sensitive skin thought I'd be safer with the gentle just in case the product was strong
It is just perfect it cleanses but it is also leaves you with a fresh face. The product is light but powerful.
I was happy to find out that ceptaphil has been around for a long time which in my mind's eye they have worked hard on making true trusted products.
Will definitely buy it again.

I have been reading that tumeric is really good for the body for overall optimum health. I hvaeade gold milk- bit I'm not a milk fan so it was a bit more challenging to take it daily.
When I came across solar and read differences between other brands this one gave me confidence as they state it stays on the body 24 hours.
With all the research to the benefits to brain health the 24 hours means a lot to me with bonus of strengths the joints and immune system. So pro this and easy to swallow

Having used the shampoo for several weeks I have noticed a difference. The shampoo and conditionerakes my hair feel silky, calm and clean.
