Tazo Zen Green Tea
Tasty and refreshing yet calming at the same time. I love green tea in general and this one has a pretty good quality in taste so it’s my go-to. Also you can get this at the Starbucks if you’re out and about :)

No dairy, No artificial flavours or colours, non-GMO, No gluten/wheat, No preservatives. “Helps maintain bones and immune function.” I like gummies over pill/tablet forms. Easier to take it everyday!

Christie Wheat Thins Sweet Potato
Perfect for snacking, appys etc. Only 3g sugars per 13 crackers (20g) not too bad. I love how authentic the sweet potato flavour is :) Can’t go wrong with a touch of cinnamon!

Nature valley crunchy oats and honey
It’s pretty healthy to eat compare to eating chips and such. It has 3g is fibre and 4g protein. Perfect for snacks! You can bring this in your purse so handy. I would definitely buy this again :)

Dove White Beauty Bar
Very smooth and soft after feeling! I like the moisture it gives to my skin. It’s not too “perfumy” either. I would also recommend sensitive skin one as well.
