I commend Walmart for trying to compete with the Bigger Companies by making generic brands of their products under their Equate brand. However, when it comes to pads, I think they still have a little more work to do. With the economy still in a crunch, I decided to try to save money by switching out some of my name brand products for a store brand. And I had had success with the Equate brand before and figured why not give it another try.
I purchased a 28 count of their Overnight Ultra Thin with Flexi-Wings pads thinking they would work just like the Always brand. They were certainly cheaper. I will say that their Dri Lock is good at keeping you dry down there during that time of month, but boy do you have to keep shifting your pad in place. This pad is not recommended for active females or women who do a lot of tossing and turning in their sleep. You will be in for a surprise on your sheets or your clothes.
I think the problem lies in the adhesive. If the slightest bit of cotton gets on the adhesive it doesn't stick in place like it should. So, this pad is only good if you're going to be sitting for long periods or you're not that much of an overly active person. However, I think it's still a good buy for it's price compared to what you pay for other brands.

So, I have super dry skin pretty much year round and I was looking to try something that might help fight the itch that accompanies it. I've tried a couple of Eucerin products before and had pretty good results. It goes without saying that I felt comfortable their Calming Itch-Relief Treatment would work. Not really the case. There wasn't much calming about it. Not to mention that once you put it on, you smelled like walking menthol cough drop.
No amount of perfume or scented lotion could over power the menthol smell. I kept getting asked if I had a cold or something because I smelled like cough drops. Plus, I was still itchy a few minutes after I had applied it.
