It's great value for it's price, and my skin always feels soothed afterwards. -

COVERGIRL Simply Ageless Lash Plumping Mascara
I find it incredibly difficult to mind mascara that isn't clumpy or flakey, and makes my tiny eyelashes look like they exist. I love this formula and the brush - it coats and separates each lash and lasts all day. I can't say it "plumps" the lashes... +
