I priced it out and Ponds is the cheapest moisturizer you can get at Walmart (here in Ontario) at no discount and the most effective. It is great at taking off makeup and making skin feel nourished. I'm not super into the scent, but for the prie it's totally worthwhile. I WISH they had one without any cancer causing ingredients (non-toxic). -
