In general, I can't go without a shower more than two/three days. First day hair is good. Second day hair can be good but sometimes within an hour my hair can just oil up completely. If it on second day hair -- it is used more as a touch up. If I happen to not have access to a shower for the third day, dry shampoo is a must. I have never tried using it twice on two consecutive days. I believe it wouldn't work and it would be a big mess of its substance on the hair.
It is a good refresh; it works. It is good for both a touch up or a preventative shower for a day. If used in the beginning of the day to prevent a shower, it is required to shower by the end of the day or else my hair is a complete mess.
The scent is way overpowering throughout the whole day. Just to note, that Dove's version works but I just can't stand the scent. It is the number one factor why I do not use this product anymore.
It works like it's supposed to; there is no residue on my dark brown hair when properly applied. The application is simple and straightforward. I have never counted but it seems to lasts a satisfied amount of time. Thus, I believe that it isn't necessary to use a huge amount in order for it to work.
Price is decent compared to Batiste. In general. it's value is okay since it does work but since my personal opinion of the scent is not good it disvalues the product.

In both cases, Batiste Original Dry Shampoo is a great refresh. It is great for both a touch up or a preventative shower for a day. If used in the beginning of the day to prevent a shower, it is required to shower by the end of the day or else my hair is a complete mess.
The scent is decent. It isn't the best but what I like about it is that it isn't overpowering. It can be for the first half hour but dies down quickly. I have tried Dove Refresh + Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo and it's scent is way overpowering throughout the whole day. Just to note, that Dove's version works but I just can't stand the scent.
It works like it's supposed to; there is no residue on my dark brown hair when properly applied. The application is simple and straightforward. The 200 ml bottle lasts for a good number of refreshes. I have never counted but it seems to lasts a satisfied amount of time. Thus, I believe that it isn't necessary to use a huge amount in order for it to work. In contrast to Lush's No Drought Dry Shampoo, it also works but it's greatest con is the messy and inefficient application of the product. Plus, Lush's takes a lot more effort to ensure that it does not leave any white residue.
Big thumbs up to it's quality and effectiveness.
Almost a big thumbs up for it's value. Out of all the budget friendly dry shampoo products I have tried, it is up there for the volume of product from a grocery store/drug store product. Luckily, when it comes on sale it is worth it. Either way, if I had to pay full price in the event of an emergency,;I would still buy it because there is no real con to this product.
