These Crest 3D white 2 hour express strips are great. Easy to apply, taste pretty good & can be used for up to 2 hours for effectiveness. Just apply on teeth & wait. Bit pricey but many in the pack & used well can last a long time if used 2 hours... +

So i tried this and its great, its kind of expensive but P& G has coupons & it goes on sale, plus its more than a one time use, i think i have done 4 times now so thats great. its easy, rub in first cream 20 seconds, but 2nd cream on and wait only... +
