I have used micellar water before and is excited to try out another brand. Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water is a cleanser that requires no washing off afterwards and claims to remove your makeup without rubbing and scrubbing.
First of all, this is a great price point for a micellar water. In my opinion, this cleanser is great for everyday makeup (ie. a light base, eyeliner, etc) in a pinch. It didn't leave a residue and the face feels fresh afterwards. However, I had to use a couple cotton pads to remove all my face makeup. For those reasons, I would use this micellar water only if I have very light makeup or in a pinch.
Also, I find that this cleanser does not remove waterproof makeup as well; it took a while and a bit of rubbing to remove my waterproof eyeliner. I went in with my trusty bi-phase eye and lips makeup remover and there was still traces of eyeliner.

Great formulations as well, polishes usually reach full opacity in 2 coats. Unlike the traditional flakies, the ultra chrome flakies applies great (lays flat on the nail) and removes easily! You have to run and check out this brand if you haven't! -

Poshe Super-fast Drying Top Coat
My go-to top coat for nail art, doesn't smear it at all! Makes my nails super shiny and dries super fast! Just dry slightly slower than Seche Vite but it doesn't shrink! Dry to the touch within 1 min, need a couple more minutes for the nail polish... +

The formula of this is particularly creamy yet absorbs quickly, leaving the skin soft and supple for a long period of time. -

Nair Irresistible Candy Apple Sugar Wax

I was intimidated with the kit at first since I usually use wax strips which are considered very easy to use. First off, the scent smells like candy apple and is not overpowering which says a lot since I'm extremely sensitive to fragrance.
In terms of ease of use, I find that it's pretty easy to use, the instructions are easy to follow, the spatula provided spreads the wax perfectly and the woven strips are fairly durable. Application was easy; just remember to put a very thin layer of wax. However, the Nair candy apple sugar wax is not as convenient than the wax strips I normally use (have to heat up wax, though it doesn't take long, and apply the wax). Moreover, the Nair wax CAN be messy if you're not careful. One thing I do love about the Nair product is that it is easily rinsed off with warm water! Onto the cleanup, the residue wax on my skin are easily rinsed off, the woven strips rinsed off very easily as well. However, I do noticed some staining on the strips themselves.
In terms of effectiveness, I find the Nair sugar wax pretty effective in hair removal. I find hair removal doesn't hurt as much as the wax strips I use. In regards to the claim of "results lasting up to 4 weeks", I cannot attest to it yet.
Bottom line:
The Nair Candy Apple Sugar Wax is a great product: effective, smells great, fairly easy to use, and cleanup is extremely easy.
Therefore, I would recommend the Nair Candy Apple Sugar Wax!

I was surprised that these strips cost $70! It's a bit pricey for me but if you compared it to what you pay for a professional whitening, it's a fraction of the cost.
I was very hesitant (but excited) to try this product as I have never use whitening strips before. I heard that they go jelly-like and doesn't stay well on your teeth. However, this was not the case. The whitening strip stayed on for 2 hours without feeling too weird in my mouth. At first, it tasted kind of weird but I got used to it after a few days; it has a minty, plastic-ky taste to it. On a side note, I found the instructions really vague as of which is the upper and lower strip.
Onto the results, I could tell by the first day of using it, my teeth was whiter. Amazing! Just 1 use. However, I did experienced some major sensitivity (sharp pains I would say) possibly because this is the first time using whitening strips. As a result, I use the strips every other day instead of using it daily. For the rests of the application, I deliberately used it a few hours before bedtime so I won't have the sensitivity after I woke up. But I still had mild sensitivity a few hours after I woke up. I would probably buy the strips that are one level lower so that I don't have to put them on for the full 2 hours. Note that there was residue left on my teeth that was quick removed by brushing.
Bottom line: this product works amazingly and delivered on its promises.
I would recommend this product to those who:
- experience very little to mild sensitivity
- wants instant results to a "brighter, whiter smile"
