I received the Nude By Nature Perfecting Primer complimentary from ChickAdvisor for the Product Review Club.
I really liked this primer. I was happy that it was silicone free, because sometimes those sorts of primers make me break out. It lasted the whole working day, and I found that I wasn't overly greasy by the end of the day. Also, my foundation hadn't settled too much.
I really liked the scent and the texture, as well. For a non silicone primer, it wasn't sticky at all. I'd probably buy this again!

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who received this antiperspirant spray complimentary, to review for ChickAdvisor.
First off, he liked the packaging. Nothing to flashy or gaudy. Nice black and white sleek spray cannister.
He's not typically an overtly sweaty guy, but he found this product did what it said it would do: kept any gnarly wetness at bay.
The scent was WAY too strong. It didn't please him, but it didn't give him a massive headache like it did for me. I asked him to please go change and try to get that stuff off his underarms, it was friggin killing me.
If you or your partner aren't sensitive to heavy scents, I'm sure this would be fine.

I was lucky enough to review the Dove Advanced Care Soft Dry Powder Spray Antiperspirant complimentary for the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club for free! Unfortunately, that was the only awesome part. The freeness. I'm not typically weak in the hand muscles department. I play way too many videogames for that to happen. But man, it was very difficult to use the spray can. Maybe mine was defective? Once I got it working, I immediately regretted it. The scent was WAY too strong. I'm also not super sensitive to scents, but dang. I actually was spoken to at work. We have a no perfume policy, and I had to tell them it wasn't perfume, it was an antiperspirant. Couldn't even tell you how effective it was, had to scrub it off my armpits because the smell was giving me a migraine. Sorry Dove, better luck next time. -

Usually my biggest gripe about hairspray is that it's sticky af. Not with the TRESemme Compressed Micro Mist Hair Spray (Level 2 hold - Smooth) that I was chosen to review (for free!) for ChickAdvisor. I found that not only was the hair spray good for fancier hairdos, but that it also worked well for everyday styles. For work I usually rock a basic ponytail, but I always have a TON of flyaways. The Micro Mist Smooth formula helped tame *most* of the flyaway baby hairs without giving me gnarly hair spray helmet head. No icky, crunchy feeling. Just natural hold. Wasn't the biggest fan of the scent, but it wasn't too bad. I will keep purchasing this as my regular hair spray. -

Lathered up nicely on the pouffy thingy, and felt nice on my skin. Didn't feel dry or overly stripped od my body oils. I felt fairly moisturized, and the scent was nice. Would prefer a more coconutty scent over the ylang ylang, but that's just me. I like how it's reasonably priced and easy to find locally. -

I received the Love Beauty & Planet coconut oil and ylang ylang hope & repair conditioner complimentary to review for ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club. So to get the full effect, I used all the review products together (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) and was pleased with the results. I typically have to use a shampoo/conditioner combo for dry scalp, but I didn't see any flaking nor did I feel dry/itchy. My hair also didn't have that weird stripped feeling it sometimes gets from shampoos that are really intense. I have super long hair, and found that I didn't have to use a bunch of extra shampoo to get it good and sudsy. I wasn't in love with the scent, I felt it could have been a bit coconuttier, but that's more just a personal preference. I also liked that I saw it priced reasonably at a local store. Totally recommended. -

So to get the full effect, I used all the review products together (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) and was pleased with the results. I typically have to use a shampoo/conditioner combo for dry scalp, but I didn't see any flaking nor did I feel dry/itchy. I straightened my hair the next day, and it looked shiny and healthy. Was also happy with how well it rinsed from my hair. I have looong hair. Like down to my bum long.
The scent is nice, but would personally prefer a bit more coconut scent over the ylang ylang scent. I also liked that i saw it priced reasonably in a local store.

I received the Love Beauty & Planet coconut oil and ylang ylang hope & repair 3 in 1 benefit oil complimentary to review for ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club. So to get the full effect, I used all the review products together (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) And I was pleased. The oil wasn't too heavy, and it smelled nice, but subtle. The next day, I straightened my hair and was very happy to find that my hair looked shiny, healthy, and still smelled nice. I would recommend this product for anyone who would like a hair oil that isn't top thick or heavy. I also like that I see it in local stores for a reasonable price. -

I received the Powerbar Cashew Plant Protein salted caramel and dark chocolate protein bars complementary to review for the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. Oh my goodness, these are super delicious. Normally, protein bars taste funny and are kind of grainy, but not these! They're rich, chewy, and dense. I really enjoyed eating these at work for a snack when I worked late. Also impressed by the fact that they're not loaded with sugar. I will keep on buying these in the future. -

I am impressed as heck. Normally I find protein bars kind of grainy, with a weird aftertaste, but these were delicious! Full of taste, not a ton of sugar, and a decent amount of protein. I think that I would actually continue to buy these Powerbars long after this campaign is finished.
