I received this shampoo as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club for free.
So, I've got long hair. Like, really long hair. Long hair that I abuse with a 400 degree straightener several times a week. I can not tell you how many compliments I received from coworkers on my hair. They said it looked so shiny and healthy, and I did notice the texture improved. It did feel pretty soft! What was this sorcery?
The smell was fresh, and not at all overwhelming. I highly recommend this shampoo, even if you maul your hair with hot styling tools.

Alright, I'll admit it. I was skeptical as heck about this product. Removes makeup, cleanses the skin, no need to rinse, should make your face feel fresh. Yeah, ok.. I'm so sure it's that awesome.
Wellllll, I was wrong. It really is that awesome. It not only removed the 300lbs of makeup I sometimes wear, but it made my skin feel fresh and clean. No weird sticky feeling, not greasy, absolutely perfect.
I highly recommend this product. Not to mention the bottle is huge and will probably last a quite a while.

I really liked the way the moisturizer felt. It went on smoothly, and cleanly. No stickiness, no issues with feeling weird and thick like some moisturizers. The only thing that wasn't amazing for me was the instructions recommended using a pea sized amount. I had to use quite a bit more than that to really feel a difference. I don't usually have super dry skin, either.
Overall I would recommend the product if you're willing to spend the money on something that may not last as long as you'd like.

So in my house Club Soda reigns supreme. We don't drink sugary soday, but we definitely like something with a fizz. Every once in a while I get bored of the straight up club soda, but don't want to add juice because of all the sugar.
I've bought some other brands of carbonated water that were "flavoured" and they didn't really do it for me. Half of them taste like soap. I was impressed with lemon-lime flavour. It didn't have a weird aftertaste. I've definitely decided to keep buying this product on the regular.

Like I had said in the Skin Sleep review, this product came at just the right time. I was up A LOT during the night to tend to my hubby who just had major surgery, and to take care of my daughter up half the night hacking up a lung due to a cold. I was TIRED. The Skin Sleep and Life Serum helped make sure I didn't look like a swamp hag.
I really liked the Life Serum! I know it says you can put it on *under* your regular moisturizer, but I ended up mixing it with some primer and foundation and slapping it on my face. The slight iridescent sheen made my skin look gorgeous, and I looked refreshed and well rested even though I was drinking half a litre or Redbull a day just to stay functional.
I would certainly recommend this product to anyone that will listen, and I would even consider purchasing a refill of the Life Serum when I use up the current bottle.

I received the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep along with the Idelia Life Serum from Chick Advisor for FREE (thank you, Chick Advisor!) to review.
This product could not have come at a better time. My hubby just had major surgery.That meant for the first week I set my alarm every 4 hours day or night to give him his pain medication. On top of all that, my daughter had a cough and cold, and was up in between the hours I had to be up to take care of ol' hubby.
I was TIRED. But did I look it? NO! My skin looked fresh, hydrated, and I looked well rested. This little jar is filled with a gooey miracle. Used in conjunction with the brightening Life Serum, I did not look like something out of the Walking Dead.
I'm a simple gal, I use a baby lotion to moisturize my face. I get a huge jug for something like $8 and it does the trick. Vichy has converted me. I will actually commit to spending the money to buy this product again. High end facial products are well worth the money. My mother-in-law already wants to give the gel-cream a shot! I recommend it to anyone at work who will listen to me!

I recently cut a ton of hair off. I had hair down to my waist, but it had to be taken care of. I straightened it way too much, trimmed it way to seldom.. It was a disaster. Even that Pantene stuff I reviewed couldn't save it. Well, I'm kind of bummed that my hair is so much shorter. My haidresser recommended I wash my hair once a week (stay with me, here! It's not as gross as you think!) and only straighten it once a week to slow down the damage. Dry shampoo is my best friend! Yes, I still shower near daily (who can shower every day with a full time job and a kid?!) but I just throw a towel on my melon and shower away. When I'm done, I spray this all over my roots, brush it through and go to sleep. By the time I wake up, it's absorbed into my hair and looks fresh. Nobody can tell I hardly wash my hair. And let me tell you, it feels so much healthier lately! Big thumbs up!!! -

Mulberry is my favourite so far. It goes on sticky, but as long as you don't move your mouth around for 2 minutes, slap on the step 2 sealer, you're gonna have a gorgeous set of lips. I'm not a delicate person, I'm sipping from straws, coffee cups, licking my lips in a dry as hell office, forgetting it's even on I will rub my lips. It stays on!! I LOVE this stuff. -
