It works great on colds when you have trouble breathing. If you have foot fungus that causes your toe nails to get thick and hard my foot specialist recommends using it on your toe nails every night and some people say it really helps. I'm going to try that this winter so I can wear socks to keep it where it should stay. -

I like regular blue Palmolive dish soap because the scent doesn't bother my sinus allergies and it is great for a lot of things. If you want to get rid of fruit flies in kitchen you take a small container (like baby food jar or mushroom can) fill with one squirt dish soap and 1 or 2 inches apple cider vinegar. Set it off to side and wait a while. One time I had 15 fruit flies floating in mine. This is just one of the great things to use dish soap for. -
