This was my first ever palette I got when I first started doing makeup and its a great starter palette. There is such a variety of colors and very good quality. The shades are more pigmented then I thought as I only paid 14$ CAN for it at walmart. Elf itself is very cheap so youd think it isnt good quality but its amazing. I purchased more elf since the palette and will keep doing so.
