I use this in every load of towels. It helps to freshen even stinky dishcloths that were left wet for too long.
borax is a natural cleaner which effectively cleans anything washable...it can be used on tough jobs like cleaning stains from a concrete driveway to the delicate chore of washing cotton t-towels....i like it because it is not harmful to the water table , it comes packaged in a recycleable cardboard box about the size as a regular cereal box and there is no waste because you can scoop measure the exact amount to mix with water.
I love this product. We have hard water and this product is excellent. Grate for laundry, cleaning around the house and also for crafts. I made some beautifull snowflakes with red pipe cleaners during christmas and then put them in a borax and water over night. I always have this product in my laundry room.
We do a lot of travelling and I find that if I add Borax to my wash my clothes come out cleaner. Borax is still gentle on my clothes so no worries there.
This stuff is a life saver. I use it as a laundry booster and it works amazingly well for the small price. My kids have stinky socks after a long school day and this takes the smell out while leaving the detergent to make them smell good and get out the grime.
I use it mostly as a laundry booster, it helps to deodorize, brighten and freshen clothes. Also helps eliminate the musty washer smells that accumulate over time. Great addition as a natural cleaner around the home and also amazing when mixed into a natural ant killing recipe. Try making a fun kids science recipe called 'borax slime'/
Borax is a product that has been used by many generations ago. It seems like an old fashioned item yet it has many, many uses-as a multi-purpose cleaner for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. I use it mostly as a laundry booster, it helps to deodorize and freshen clothes. Safe for baby clothes and diapers. A stain remover as well. It does not contain phosphates or chlorine in their product. The price regularly is at $6 or more. It is a bonus if you can find at $5. Found in the laundry section with the detergents and fabric softeners. I highly recommend this product.
