The first thing I noticed about this knife sharpener is that everything you need is right on the sharpener itself. Glance at the instructions once and throw them out! It's super easy to use. The handle is very, very comfortable to hold, but I did find the base of the sharpener could be better at gripping, as it did move around a little. This can easily be solved by gripping it tighter, but improved non-slip on the base would definitely be a plus.

I definitely noticed a big improvement in all the knives I tried with this. I could see the difference with my naked eye; the blades had less nicks in the blade and seemed smoother and sharper, but I also noticed improved sharpness and ease when chopping harder vegetables.

I love that it does ceramic blades as well, as I have quite a few and frankly, the Quick Cocinero just looks professional and fits in well in my kitchen.

Overall, I just liked the ease of the sharpening process, but my favourite part of it had to be the results, it definitely improved my knives!
