This novel, "A Brief History of Seven Killings," by Marlon James is a riveting historical fiction based around the years of Bob Marley's rise to fame in Jamaica and intense political and social turmoil in post-colonial Kingston. Told from many perspectives, this is a book that is very difficult to put down. I definitely recommend it!
