Not worth your while

I find A. Vogel Canada GoodNight! Natural Sleep Aid didn't work for me. The taste was unpleasant. The texture was gritty. I definitely needed water in order to swallow this product. I didn't feel drowsy as I expected. I won't be purchasing this.
