Any Nicholas Sparks book or movie makes me cry. They are all plausible, down to earth, romantic and thrilling. This one is about fate and faith. For me the end was a surprise when I read it but when I thought about it after, well yes, it should have come to that., no question about it.

Love this book although I have to say I haven't read a Nicholas Spark book that I haven't enjoyed. All his books keep me not wanting to put them down.

A great read, far deeper than that idiotic film with late 90s teen stars that I cannot recall. It is an easy read, but well written and I really enjoyed the east coast weather and landscape used in the imagery and descriptive language.
