ACE is a local bean now available in Edmonton, Alberta. An Italian roaster was in charge of bringing Dasani coffee to Edmonton for a long time (imported from Italy and used by MANY local restaurants) and eventually decided to begin roasting his own beans. ACE can be bought as full beans, ground, and can be used in drip and espresso forms. Drip ACE coffee is some of the smoothest, least bitter coffee I have ever tried. You can find ACE at Coffee Bureau on Jasper Avenue and Leva Cafe near the University. So so so good!
