    Use sparingly

I use this product about once a week to once a month when giving myself a facial. If you leave it on too long it can burn your skin. It keeps my face smooth and has cleared up a lot of my acne.

I've been using this for about 6 months now, twice a week at night. First of all, the price can't be beat for an AHA product with a high concentration of glycolic acid, the tube lasts forever! I've noticed that it's helped clear up my post-acne hyperpigmentation marks, and it helps new ones fade much faster than they would normally. The morning after I use the AHA my skin glows! It's also helped improve the overall texture of my skin.

I have been suffering from bumpy, rough looking skin and pigmentation problems since my mid-30s. I've tried some other glycolic acid products such as neostrata's glycolic wash, Reviva labs glycolic toner as well as some now discontinued Dermaglow products and FAB glycolic pads.
All of these products were irritating but I needed something to chemical exfoliate. Salicylic acid seems to irritate my skin and enlarge my pores.
I turned to acne.org, and after some consideration I purchased acne.org's 10% glycolic lotion.
At first my skin was dry and I experienced a bit of a purge, as glycolic acid increases cell turnover and brings congested material to the surface.
At this juncture let me say that the "purge process" only happens with actives such as retinol, glycolic and salicylic acid. It does not happen with face washes that don't contain actives, nor with facial moisturizers without actives that increase cell turnover. It certainly doesn't happen with facial steaming which no one should be doing anyway. (If you're getting pimples from facial steaming it's because you're pissing your skin off. Inflammation=acne)
I am very happy with this product, I only use it at night and wake with smooth, rosy, radiant skin.
Do not forget your sunscreen regardless of what you use on your skin.
    Wear sunscreen.
