This is a very strange situation for me to be in. I review a lot, but I've never EVER seen a product that blatantly isn't what is described and not a single other person has noticed.

These are a single string of lights, NOT net lights. Upon contacting the maker I was told they can be connected to make a net of lights. However, this is not true either. The lights can be connected end to end, none of which would make lights like those shown in all of the pictures on this product listed (a wide, diamond interconnected 'net' light set). Even untangling the 'twisted' style wire on these string lights does not make a diamond net pattern. As you can plainly see in the picture, it shows a net of completely connected wires with lights at the diamond intervals.

Simply put, there is no way they are the same lights shown in the picture.

Now, if you're looking for a single, simple set of multi-color string lights with eight flashing patterns, these do a good job (though the plug and mode setting is quite cheap plastic), but if you're looking for a net of lights, these are not it.

- Pictures do not match product sent.
- No way to make net of lights as shown.
