good flavor

was a firm greek yogurt user and have been using activia after my husband picked some up, very pleased with the taste and texture. Flavor is excellent without being to sweet.

I used to hate the taste even the smell of yogurt used to make me gag until someone advised me to try activia. I must admit I am a very picky person especially when it comes to food. But I wanted to start eating healthier as well as my family so I decided to finally give it a try. While my kids love just about any yogurt I am in love with the vanilla and the apple cinnamin I can eat a whole container in just one sitting. The great thing is you can almost always find it on sale at the grocery store. It has made me more regular and it delivers what it promises. I know recommend it to all my friends and family. So happy I took the plunge and tried it myself.
