One of my fave brands

This youghut is one of my favorite brands. It is quite on the sweet side but It makes a perfect mid-day snack. The portion is just enough for a sweet treat.

Tasty snack and good for my body.

It's tasty and I like the texture. Comes in many good flavours. Has protein for keeping one full between meals and it has probiotics good for gut health. So it's one I get all the time.

Per the website it is clinically proven to help regulate the digestive system. I have consumed the product for couple of weeks and I find it very effective. It also helped my wife to regulate her bowel movements. The range of flavors make it a pleasure to consume a different one everyday. Highly recommended..!

Great yogurt

Tastes great and has a rich thick smooth texture.I like all the flavors. It is a bit pricey but it's worth it. Also great for smoothies . I will definitely recommend it.
