This yogurt is great, and usually on sale when I go to buy it. I buy the bigger containers rather than the little ones and add granola or fruit to it. The flavours on their own are usually fairly boring, but this yogurt has a great versatility and is easy to add to any recipe that requires it.

I used to really enjoy the activia fiber to go size yogurts, a nice little snack that would tide you over til lunch or supper but overtime they got more expensive, less fiber and shrunk the containers so now you need to combo it with something to actually have a snack. With the price as it is, it is way cheaper and better for you to just go buy a tub of yogurt and a box of cereal and make your own, even the time you need to make your own still makes this the better option.
