Acrt1um small breed

Axel has been on this food for 4 yrs. Stated with the puppy brand and moved onto the small breed adult. Love the price, ingredients! Axel has never been better, coat is shinny and he's healthy. Also love that there's no fillers..so less waste to pick up. Highly recommended!

Best Affordable Dog Food

Actr1um holistic adult dog food is the best value for healthy dog food! I switched my 3 pups to this food after they were having stomach issues with other dog food brands. The ingredients in this food compares to the more expensive dog food brands at pet stores and the vet. Meat is the first ingredient and there are no fillers. I have tried the grain free small breed version, the regular holistic adult version and the large breed holistic adult version as I have 3 pups with different needs (a chihuahua, beagle, and cane corso). The dogs have thrived on this food. They have not had any stomach issues, their coat is shiny, and they do not have any dry skin. My beagle is diabetic and he is even able to still continue to eat this food. The vet at first wanted us to switch to an expensive prescription diet, but after looking at what we were actually feeding him, agreed that this food is a good choice. The price is more than reasonable as well. I highly recommend. I have been using this food for my dogs for 3 years now and I would never switch to another food again.

Warning Ingredients Have Changed, makes dog sick

We can no longer buy,ACTR1UM HOLISTIC ADULT DOG FOOD. The Walmart website shows it is Not available in our city and it shows it was being replaced with Holistic brand. This brand is Not good, it contains wheat and it is making our dog have BAD diarhea! She is a senior dog and this is NOT Good!!

Never again!

My review was rejected by walmart.ca, but pet owners need to know what I experienced.

For a few years I was feeding my dog this food. Loved it because it was reasonably priced and Canadian-made. Then she got sick after feeding her from a new bag of large breed food. I thought that this might be a one-off, but then it happened again a year later. In between the two incidents, because I had frequently experienced problems obtaining this food from my local Walmart, I added/upgraded with the ACTR1UM chicken (yellow packaging), which seemed to be a better product. After the second incident, I stopped using the large breed food, and stuck with the second product. So a few months ago, I bought a brand new bag of food which was resulted in a disaster: she hurled twice, had diarrhea three times and four seizures. Judging by the hours of whining, she must have been in serious discomfort. It was awful. While this may not have been triggered by the dog food, I will never come back to ACTR1UM.

The only food my dogs actually like

I have two dogs a Beagle and a Beagle mix. My mix breed suffers from pancreatitis. I had to get her off the food rich in red meat. This brand is perfect for her and she hasn't had any outbreaks since she started on it. I used to feed both separate food but once my Beagle tasted this food she would not eat her on the brand.

Can’t complain

This is the only food I feed my dogs. They all have nice and shinny coats. No bad breath. And a healthy size! Never had a dog become over weight while feeding this eather.

Nothing but Actrium for my pets

I have a Scottish collie and a Scottish terrier. They have both been on Actrium since day 1. I’ve occasionally tried other foods but they didn’t take to it very well. I add deer stew to their daily feed and they love it. Spoiled yes? One thing that impresses me is that they will also eat Actrium without adding anything extra to it
I also have two cats. The one was throwing up her food daily. So I switch the cats to Actrium cat food. No more throwing it up. So were a total Actrium family.
Unfortunately the dogs didn’t care for the new Actrium treats. Hopefully they can improve on the smell and taste of the treats.
Pedigree has a good treat they enjoy. Perhaps Actrium could find something as palatable 😋

Best dog food

I have two dogs one medium and one large sized fur babies.. out of the foods I've tried with these two Atrium large breed dog food is their all time favourite over all other top brands.. awesome price amazing ingredients that are all natural that I can trust for my dogs

Bad

Garbage, slow kill poison.
I've been feeding my dog this food almost her entire life. Shes 12 now and riddled with TUMORS, which is what happens when a organism is being slowly poisoned. This sutff has alot of dicalcium phosphate. Says made in canada with IMPORTED ingredients. Imported from china I bet! Another loophoop for the corps to use against us. I am writing this because my dog woke me up at night having a seizure (from the tumors blocking blood flow?), Ridged, foaming at the mouth, crying and spasing in her piss. Lasted 3mins and I couldn't do a damn thing. I found out it was the food by elimination. No more dog food for her!

Amazing

I have 3 dogs and one with sever allergies. This dog food is perfect for both of them. Typically chicken and beef are the worst to feed a dog with allergies but the salmon is the perfect option. They don't have any loose stools , they are healthy and strong even being all senior dogs. We love the food being readily available and easily accessible. The food is very cost effective especially for having 3 dogs. I would recommend to friends and family.
