I was pleasantly surprised by this bar! Even my husband liked it! I'm normally neutral on meal replacement bars because of weird tastes and/or textures, but this one was pretty decent! The chocolate taste isn't as authentic as I would like, but overall, I liked the flavor and texture. It was quite dense and filling and I was pleased with the contents of the nutrition label (protein, vitamins, etc.)

A decent option if you need a meal replacement bar!

I received the Adrein Gagnon Decadent Fudge Nutriform Bars from ChickAdvisor to try.

These bars are very dense so they do fill you up for a good amount of time.

I found I couldn't finish the full bar in one sitting, so I had them as a snack. I had a half between breakfast and lunch and the other half between lunch and dinner. Since they did keep me pretty full, I found myself eating slightly smaller portions for lunch and dinner. So this definitely did help with portion controlling.

The taste of the bar was okay, it tasted like most meal replacement bars.

All in all I would consider this bar the next time I want to purchase a meal replacement bar.

I received these bars to test for Chic Advisor. I was really looking forward to the chocolate fudge taste.
I did enjoy the bars but found them very filling, I could only get down half a bar for lunch and ended up eating the rest as a late night snack, well meal really.
They did taste good but are very thick and not much for soft and chewy, more dense than anything else. They packed a lot of ingredients in there, and tightly I might add.
I did however find that they kept me feeling full for a long while. So they did what they said they would do, they replaced a meal.
I will likely purchase these just not on a regular basis.

I received these complimentary bars from Chick Advisor and Adrien Gagnon in exchange for my honest opinion.

First off, I'm impressed with the nutritional values of these bars. Although it has 18g of sugar, it does provide 15g of protein, 4g fibre, and is a great source of a lot of vitamins and minerals. I ate one bar as my lunch one day, and it kept me full for about 3 hours! I also tried eating one as my pre-work out and it gave me the energy to dominate my work out :)

One thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the taste. It was slightly bitter (typical of a meal replacement bar). Although the taste certainly wasn't bad, it's not something that I would crave. But I'm never been a big fan of chocolate anyways, so this might just be my bias. I gave one to my brother and he really enjoyed the taste.

Overall, these bars lived up to its claims and was able to keep me full. Try it as your pre-workout or post workout!

I liked the product. It tasted ok, not great, had a funny aftertaste chemical like but kept me full for a few hours which is excellent. I'm always hungry. I train 3-4 times per week and watch what I eat most of time. I find that the fat content was way to high for my taste. I also try to eat fiber, 4 grams was decent as well. The protein content of 15 grams is awesome, I thought it performed well for a meal-replacement but I wouldn't do it everyday. I use it when I need to eat and I'm on the run.

As far as meal replacement bars go these were fairly tasty and filling. The chocolate was good and I felt full and satisfied after one bar. I also felt that it was enough sustenance for prior to a work out which was nice as that is mostly what I use meal replacement bars for.

I like that the package included a diet plan if you were interested in giving their weight loss suggestions a go. I would definitely try other flavours of this meal replacement bar as well. Its price within the same range as other similar bars.

I would purchase this product again and I would recommend it to friends.

Thanks for the opportunity to try the Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Bars. I enjoyed the chocolate taste with a bit of crunch. Quite tasty! The bars were a decent size compared to some other bars of this type. The bars are quite filling but I would need a snack later to get me to the next meal, maybe some fruit. These bars are quite nutritious with a long list of vitamins and minerals. Nice to know they are not only good tasting but also nutritious.

These bars taste okay they are good if you have a sweet tooth. I wasn't a huge fan of them as they just taste off from the real fudge. I also wasn't a huge fan of all the ingredients.

The meal replacement bars are a big "thumbs up". They taste delicious and sit well with me. They are very satisfying, leaving me happy for 4 or 5 hours without any hunger pangs. This is particularly helpful as I will be travelling in the fall and won't have access to food after our early evening meal. Having these bars along will get me through any nights that normally would find me rifling through the fridge for a snack (which is most every night). The only downside is that they are rather high in sugar and fat and I couldn't see eating 2 a day if you were following the rapid weight loss plan.

I was lucky to try this product as part of the Chick Advisor review club. I first tried these for lunch as part of my meal replacement and found that they worked well in curbing my hunger, but for me, they were just too much chocolate to eat in one sitting. It was just very heavy for me (albeit delicious). They really filled me up, but I would've liked something a bit lighter in taste. For someone who really loves chocolate they would love these.
