These are great to eat before a workout. Enough to satisfy you without making you too full and give you lots of energy. They taste great and are big portions, definitely enough to replace a meal!

I used it as my breakfast replacement. It tasted very smooth and chocolate flavor. It made me feel like I had not missed my meal - I was impressed with the effectiveness. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a meal replacement bar. Very yummy.

I got these from chickadvisor to try out and I really liked them. They taste good and keep me pretty full. It was a bit dense, but if you don't mind the fudge it's really good. Oneven bar was hard to finish. I will most likely purchase these again.

I took the box with me on holidays to Cuba and put them in my rooms fridge the minute we got there. We spent a lot of time off the resort and I often missed breakfast so I split the bars between breakfast and lunch most days. Let me tell you I was soo surprised at how tasty they were....a nice chocolate flavor that's not to over bearing and again I liked how this bar contained many essential vitamins and nutrients. In my opinion these are great for people on the go and those with a busy lifestyle who may not have time to eat a proper meal and will fill you nicely and give you some decent nutrition.

I received this item to review. This was a pleasant surprise. Often meal replacement bars or drinks don't taste particularly good nor really fill you up long enough until your next meal. Well, this bar did not have those problems. It was very tasty and does fill me up until my next meal. I would recommend these, especially for days where you are really busy and don't have time for a proper meal.

I have received this product from Chick Advisor to test and review for the product review club. It tasted fine. Good enough for me to eat the whole thing. I had the bar one morning in the car as I was rushed that day. It was 7:30 am. When I started to feel hungry I looked at the clock and it was 11:30 am. I have to say that it is impressive. I normally need a snack around 9:30 to keep me going till 12:00. Very filling. It is also quite tasty. This bar with a coffee feels like your are having a dessert for breakfast.

I was honestly very surprised by these bars! I don't usually buy into "hype" about meal replacement bars keeping you full, but these bars were decadent and managed to keep me full for 4-5 hours. They were so tasty that I wanted to eat another one immediately after! My only complaint is that they have a bit too much sugar for me to consider them a healthy meal replacement.

These just may be the BEST meal replacement bar I have ever tasted!! They are so chocolaty, and do not have any sort of weird aftertaste (which I find with some bars). They are so good, it's hard to believe they are good for you! As a meal replacement they are great. After eating one, I was not hungry for hours. If I had to live on these and nothing else, I would be okay with that!! :)

I received this product free to try as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I was pleased with the packaging to be honest. The price as well runs pretty mainstream with other meal replacement bars which it nice. Looking at the nutritional information though, I was a little hesitant at the fact that it had 18g of sugar.. Mainly because I (personally) want to keep my refined sugar intake low while trying to lose weight. I didn’t mind the amount of calories in it because it is a meal replacement… Its meant to replace a meal that would generally have 300-400 calories. It also has 15g of sugar in it which is nice as well.


Taste wise, its pretty good. It was nice and chocolatey and it had some nice crunchy bits in it. I did find it rather filling, which was nice, seeing as other meal replacement products I have tried I have not found filling. So I would choose this brand over others. I honestly think this product is perfect for women on the go, or moms who don’t always get to eat meals on time. I personally would love them for work. I work in a call center and sometimes I can get stuck on a call 2 hours past my lunch time, it would be nice to have something I can just grab and have at my desk if I need it.


Overall, it did deliver in my opinion on what it is intended to do. It is filling, high in protein and not high in calories which is nice. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or anyone who is in the market for a meal replacement. I would purchase it again if I was in the market for a meal replacement bar. I don’t usually buy them, but if I ever choose to, I will definitely turn to this brand!
