Ce type de produit est satisfaisant pour quelques heures, mais doit inclure un yogourt ou un fruit avec un morceau de fromage, sinon la faim se fait sentir après une couple d'heures seulement. Autre point à considérer, le sucre contenu dans chaque barre. Il est très présent et peut-être un peu trop, malheureusement. Il n'est donc pas conseillé par ma nutritionniste pour perdre du poids, mais bien pour dépanner occasionnellement.

I love this bar. I have tried many of the flavours and this one is my favorite. This brand makes really good tasting bars and it satisfies your hunger when you are in need of a bar. I have been purchasing these bars for the past couple months!

Mon conjoint les aiment beaucoup. Le goût et la texture sont parfaits. Il teste présentement plusieurs sortes et marques pour essayer de trouver celles qu'il préfère. Il est évident que nous allons en acheter de nouveau.

raeally good stuff i eat it while on a diet and it has fewer calories its super delicious and creamy, i love this stuff. would be cool if they did a box of it i would love to get it.

I have tried a lot of different meal replacement bars, many of them taste like cardboard. I found this to be really tastey and full of flavor. The chocolate was actually really good! I found that it kept me full for hours afterwards too which is key to any meal replacement.
