I tried 5 of the Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge bars which are intended for faster metabolism and meal replacements. The bars are super delicious; they have a very chewy monotonous layer hat's similar to a typical glunte-free bar from GNC. The flavour is a semi-sweet chocolate that isn't too overpowering and will not cause stickiness in the throat. They're great for on the go since the shelf-life is more than two years. I could definitely imagine myself eating this in place of those unbearingly sweet Quaker breakfast granola bars that claim the same thing simply because of the taste in the morning. The only thing is that it's not ideal for lactose-intolerant individuals since dairy isn't ideal for weight loss, but it does suppress cravings for the heavier calorie products. It fills you up as a meal replacement and provides enough energy for at least 3 hours but expect to do this only for emergencies or it'll feel like you're just eating dessert for lunch most of the time.

Ok, these were awesome!!! So smooth and tasty. I shared with my husband. He loved them to. Easy to take with you and a great source of protein. I would definatly buy these in the future or sooner. Great flavour, just delicious. I'd highly recommend for those working on weight control, or gym buff, or anyone just looking for something healthy and tasty.

I did a trial run for a few days on these products and they are awesome!!! I want to thank #chickadvisor for the opportunity ! I ate and used these products till they were gone! I would totally highly recommend them and I will definitely be buying them again in the near future ! I'd love to know if there are more flavours to try ! I brought them to work everyday so much better than my normal junk food I'd usually eat on my break ! The energy shots were great to give me that little boost I needed to get through till the end of my day ! From early wake up to coming home to a lot of responsibilities my day starts at about 6:30 am till around midnight and I could use all the help I can get! #tryadriengagnoncie

This bars taste amazing just like a regular chocolate bar and the plus point it that they are filling and relatively healthy. However, I wouldn't call them a meal replacement but a snack bar for the something in between the meals in case there is a long gap. Also, these bars a bit heavy so sometimes its hard to finish the whole bar.

I received this product to try. I decided to only replace one meal. After two days, I felt very light-headed and couldn't function. After that, I stopped using the bars. Using this as a healthy, filling snack I could do, but replacing a meal? No. There aren't enough calories and it doesn't leave you feeling full.

I received this product as test product and I was pretty excited. I really like the taste of the bar, but as for replacing a meal for me, no way. I love food, I love the texture, and I love sitting and eating a meal. I used the bar as a lunch replacement. sitting at work with co-workers who had these nice lunches really bothered me while I sat and ate a bar. Doing this for 5 days was long enough for me. I just dont have the will power to only have a bar for a meal. I didnt even attempt the diet that came along with it, there is no way I could eat that veggie plate everyday for supper. not my thing at all.

These are SO good. They are fudgy and delicious, and I love them. I have never been a very good breakfast eater...I just don't have an appetite in the morning. These are the perfect replacement for my delinquent ways. Another fantastic use I found for them is that I have two teenagers who play a lot of sports. Neither of them like to eat anything too heavy before they compete, but they still need something to give them much needed energy to perform at their best. These are the perfect solution! They provide all the energy needed to be active, without the heavy feeling of a meal.

I am re-writing this review as I don't think my first one saved. I received this for free from the Chick Advisor Review Club to try out and review. I was excited to try it out, but ended up fairly disappointed. The taste is good, however it is very chocolaty and heavy, I find that I can only eat about a half of this bar at a time because of it, and that I end up hungry again before my next meal. So for me I find it to almost be more of a heavy chocolate bar than a meal replacement. I will also add that if you do eat this you will need water to wash it down, or a long time to actually eat it as I find it hard to swallow without either water or chewing it for a while. I do however feel like this bar could be effective if you can eat the whole thing at once, but for myself the half of a bar that I can eat does not do it for me especially since I typically go for about 5 or more hours between meals.

I usually do not eat bars related to weight management - but I am always interested in protein bars! The taste of this was delicious - but a tad too heavy. I could only eat half of it. It's great when I forget my lunch or am on the go.

I received these bars free as part of the ChickAdvisor Review Club. I frequently use meal replacement bars to supplement my diet but it can be difficult to find ones that actually taste good. These Decadent Fudge bars are delicious! And they are filling. I have eaten one for breakfast when I overslept and needed to rush out and I was satisfied until lunch time. I also like to eat just half in the afternoon for a snack when I know I'm going to have a late dinner. I will be buying more of these and I'm now curious to try other flavours of Nutriforme Bars.
