This is a very affordable brand of Omega-3 fish oil. I purchased the 180 capsule count at Costco for about 8 dollars on sale. I notice that they don't leave a fishy aftertaste, but I do make sure to take them during my meal. I have to say, though, the capsules are huge! I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to swallow it since I do have trouble with larger vitamins, but since it is in a softgel format, it just glides easily down with some water. Great for cardiovascular health and after taking them for about 2 months, I've noticed I have more energy and feel more alert. This is the only thing that has changed in my diet. I will definitely continue to consume these.
