Ampoules are easy to break off and open. Does not smell like oranges, also does not smell appealing to me personally. It smells like a vitamin bottle.
When I added it to my water, it wasn't an appealing colour. The taste is almost like a chewable vitamin, not very orangey. Not being a fan of the smell or taste of vitamins, it was hard for me to drink this. i wasn't able to drink it mixed with water.
I tried again the next day mixing it with cranberry juice this time. I could almost not taste the same vitamin taste as yesterday with the cranberry juice and could barely smell it. Which made it a lot easier to drink. I didn't notice a large improvement in energy, but I wasn't as tired as I normally was when I got to work that day.
I did notice it made my mouth and lips very dry after drinking it, so I was constantly drinking water the rest of the day.
I can't comment on the price, as I received this for free through the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.
I can see myself using this product in the future, as I do have a lot of it left, but I wouldn't be likely to purchase it, especially if I can't mix it with water and drink it.

When I first started using the product, I didn't enjoy the after taste that followed. After receiving the email from CA which advised on how to use it correctly, I began to enjoy it a bit more. It was effective but I wouldn't rely on it for any sort of significant energy level increase.

I was fortunate enough to try this product through the Chickadvisor product review club. I mixed it in juice as suggested and I couldn't do it without having to chug my drink. The taste is super awful. I did feel a little bit more energized but not enough to buy this product in the future.

So um when I received this I was excited but when I opened the package I was like eww.The appearance alone made my stomach turn.I felt like I was going to be drinking blood vials lol.Anyways tried it with water um no almost throw up.Tried it with juice.It was better but throughout the day didn't noticed anything at all difference so for me I can say I felt any different

I tried this product by adding it to juice as suggested by the instructions and other reviewers. I felt like I got bit of energy from drinking it, but really no more than I would have from drinking orange juice on it's own. This may be because caffeine usually doesn't have much of an effect on me, but I didn't feel any different after drinking it. I would not buy this product for myself.

Tried this product as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. This product claims that it can give you the energy you need whenever youre fatigued, I'm assuming basically like caffeine. To use it, you can add it to water and juice but i HIGHLY recommend that you add it to juice... as its super gross when added to water. As far as being energized, I didn't see a huge huge difference. If at all, I may have been more alert due to the shock of the taste!

I'm not really an "energy drink" person, I rarely have coffee! When I recieved this product, I was a bit skeptical. The taste was awwwwwwwwfuuuuuuul when mixed with water, Orange Juice worked the best! I sit in front of a computer 3/4 of my day, so I do tend to feel that mid-afternoon drowsy feeling, but I didn't feel it after taking the Energex. It did work, but after the 8th day, it stopped giving me that "pep" I got the first week. I kept taking it and finally felt no "pep" so I stopped, but when it did work, it worked well! I definitely won't be making a purchase in the future, but I do recommend to give it a try!

I tried Adrien Gagnon Super Energex with optimism, but unfortunately, I felt the product fell short. I dislike the taste and do not find it effective. The first day I tried the ampoule with water and did not like the taste, it's not awful, but not something I would choose to drink. The second day I decided to mix it with orange juice and it wasn't as bad, but still not great. I tried mixing it with a few other drinks over the next few days, including smoothies, tea, and other fruit juices, but found the orange juice best masked the flavour. I can get over something tasting bad, but I also didn't find this at all effective. I have been especially stressed out and tired lately, so maybe that limited the effectiveness, but I did not find that these helped to increase my energy, resistance to stress, or fight fatigue and would not repurchase.

I was a little hesitant trying this at first after reading the ingredients really scared me!! However, I tried to be as open minded as possible when trying this. After trying this for a while, I did notice a difference in my overall energy levels, however the taste really put me off. I don't really drink much orange juice so the first day I tried it in water and it was disgusting. The next day I tried it in my tea which was better but still not great. By the third day, I tried it with orange juice and even though there was a slight 'chemical' taste to it, it was by far the most pleasant way of drinking it. Overall I felt a lot more alert but I don't think this is something I would continue to buy in the future as the taste just isn't worth it for me.

I received this product from Chick Advisor to try and review. I was very excited about it since I have been very sluggish lately. I loved the individual tubes. They are very transportable and quick to use. The taste and smell are supposed to be orange but it didnt taste that way to me. It was a stong, kinda bitter, not good at all taste when mixed with water. When mixed with a strong orange juice the taste is bearable. Its a great way to get some vitamins and a boost of energy. It made me more alert in the morning and gave me the energy to start the day. It was also not the jittery energy that some energy drinks or shots provide. I would definitely buy this again but only if they can due something about the taste.
