I received Adrien Gagnon Super Energex free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product review.

First, let me start out by saying a few words about Adrien Gagnon brand. I am originally from Québec, currently living in Ontario. Adrien Gagnon is a very good, reliable and respected brand that offers all kinds of supplements as well as diet products for what is usually a lower price than similar brands, but without it affecting the quality of the product. I do not believe it is a very popular brand in the rest of the country and I personally have had trouble finding the products in stores in Ottawa. Fortunately, I see that it is now possible to order online from the company's website and I fully intend to do that. I had already tried this product before, as well as the meal replacement bars, but was still really happy to be given a chance to try them again since they are a bit harder to find in Ontario.

The first time I tried the Super Energex ampoules was, I believe, about 20 years ago. I don't know how much the product has changed over the years. Something that I noticed immediately is that the ampoules are now made of plastic. The ampoules used to be made out of glass and removing each end of the ampoule could potentially cause cuts and sometimes tiny particules of glass would end up in your drink so plastic is definitely safer. When it comes to the taste, it said it was orange flavoured. I don't know what kind of orange, but I would stay away from it. I actually remembered the taste from way back and trying to cover it with orange has not helped in the least. It is bad. Put it in water, put it in juice, it is just as nasty. However, this brand is no worse than others and while I find the taste could use some more help, it is a small price to pay to feel a bit more energized.

I do think the product works. It is not a miracle, it will not cure illnesses, but I do think it makes a difference when feeling tired all the time. I don't think this product is meant to be taken to get a boost of energy during the day: it is not a caffeine pill. My understanding is you need to take it every day for a certain period of time and you will start feeling the positive effects. Trying to take one ampoule only when you feel you need it will not work and that is not what this product is about.

The taste is still hard to stomach, but if you can get passed that, it is worth taking the ampoules every day when you are feeling a little out of it, seems to work better than vitamins for me.

I noticed with the Super Energex product that it helped with the soreness I often get in my legs/calves after I get home from my job (I walk a lot for my job). The relief is like instant. Two, just to see how well it would work, I mixed the tonic as directed and drank it instead of my coffee. All I can say is "wow". Worked better than my coffee, and it helped my brain become less "foggy" as they say. Personally, yes it did wake me up, however, I found this product contains too many B vitamins, and when I have too many of them, it does the opposite; I get tired. The taste of product could be improved a bit, however, it is a tonic, therefore it's to be expected to have that icky taste. Overall, price is reasonable, product does what it claims and then some. Even though these are the results I got after taking it, others will have different opinions and/or results. It's worth recommending in my opinion.

I received this product through ChickAdvisor's product review club. The vials look somewhat unappealing and smell and taste pretty medicinal. I wasn't thrilled about that, but after receiving the follow up email from ChickAdvisor, I tried it with some orange juice. I have to say it made it much more tolerable to drink this. Overall I did feel like I had more energy (I tend to get tired super easily) and found myself even walking home from work (a 45min walk). For those who can see past taste/smell, I do recommend it.

I use this everyday and will continue to do so until my free trial is over as I do feel it is a benefit to me and lives up to the claims in the product information. I feel better and more energized since taking it. However, I really did not care for the taste of this product despite adding Orange flavored sugar free syrup to it. It still had a medicine taste in my opinion. I don't drink juice so I did not try the recommended method.

I find this product to be pretty effective at keeping me mentally alert. I'm on a computer all day at work processing information and I'm always stressed out. I find that it keeps me focused and I can concentrate for a long time. It tastes okay, I don't mind it. Do not use too much water otherwise it dilutes too much and tastes bland. I still have a lot left to use and I am very grateful because my job is very mentally taxing and I need to br focused.

I am very skeptical of vitamin supplements and have never felt the need to try/use one. I was given the opportunity to try this product for free via the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club in exchange for my honest review, and I am very pleased with the results.
This product comes in an easy to open single dose package. Each morning I mixed it in approximately 1/4 cup of cold water and enjoyed the flavour - it has a light orange/vanilla taste (although there is a slight vitamin B aftertaste). I did notice a boost in my energy level right from the first dose - is this a placebo effect? I don't know but I will take it. It does state that it helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins and I would like to test this with a more prolonged use. For now I am just happy using it on the days I require a little more spring in my step.

It took a little while to get used to the taste of these. I first tried diluting it in a glass of juice, like the instructions suggested, but I found it just ruined the taste of my juice. So instead, I just take them straight up, like a little vitamin shot. They are a great way to get your much needed B vitamins, and I love them!

I was feeling sick the day I received this product from the Product Review Club for free, but I wanted to try it right away so I poured a capsule into a glass of water. It tasted really bad! I definitely need to use it with juice instead. But I did notice a really big energy boost. I was just starting to get sick with a cold/ flu and after taking this I was able to have a really productive day. I worked a full day and also did all my housework and even went out later that night. My senses were sharpened and I had better focus. I have tried other energy boosters that rely mostly on caffeine, so I was really glad to see this one is all different kinds of ginseng instead.

This product is the perfect menstrual cycle compliment. The week before my period I tend to get anxious and very fatigued. The B vitamin complex in this supplement really helped give me the mood and energy boost that I needed to feel normal. I found the first couple days I took it, I would wake up the next morning have crashed and feeling tired and a little down but after a couple more days it felt more regulated in my system. I did not try the supplement in orange juice, as recommended. Instead, I would drink it with a cup of water. It had a nutty/vanilla taste. Because of the excess amounts of vitamin B, it made my urine bright yellow.

I would recommend this to anyone who needs a boost of energy, or who suffers from fatigue due to menstruation like I do. You aren't supposed to take the product longer than a month, so I would only take it during the week that it would be relevant for me.

I added the product to my morning juice. It was so convenient since there is no special tool or process that would take up time. I do not mind the taste but it is something to get used to.
I did not notice much difference in my energy level in the morning. I tried it in the middle of the day where my energy level usual levels down and I noticed that it gives me extra boost for the rest of the day.
