58% OF CHICKS DIG IT
I received these free from ChickAdvisor for the purposes of writing an honest review. First off, let me just say that taking this with just water tastes awful. With orange juice you can kinda cover up the taste but bleh.
Secondly, I did not find this product to make me more energized. It made me feel sweaty and unwell, I must have a sensitivity to something in the product. I tried it once and it went in the trash.
Ugh, I'm not a huge "energy" product user to begin with but this was awful. It was so bitter. Tasted like cough syrup. Even when I mixed it in with orange juice. Tastes like biting into an orange peel.
I was not a fan of this product. The first turn off was the packaging. The way the product is packaged is very unappealing. The color of the product in the orange packaging made it look like oil to me. I opened the product and was not impressed with the smell either. I mixed it with orange juice and still had a hard time to stomach the taste. I tried the product for several days and did not find any change in my energy levels.
I received this to try for free from Chick Advisor. And I'm glad it was free. I tried it in water, had to down the glass of water as fast as I could the taste was horrible. Tried in 2 different kinds of juice, no luck it turned them a murky green/brown which was kinda off putting in itself, but still didn't do much to mask the flavor. I also didn't notice an increase in energy at all. I couldn't finish the box and I would definitely not buy the product ever.
I received this item for free from the Chickadvisor Product Review Club in exchange for my honest review.
I definitely won't be buying Adrien Gagnon Super Energex in the future. I really was not a fan of these.
The first issue I had was the packaging, the product was in these plastic tubes that were attached in groups of five. They looked easy enough to separate / break apart, but when I tried the top ended up coming off of one so I had to use it right away (I was planning on taking one to work with me to try the next morning). They can be separated, I would advise using scissors.
Once I opened one of the tubes the smell had me wary. It definitely does not smell great, the colour is also off putting. It's this sluggish brown / green shade.
Definitely take these with juice!! The first time I tried one I used a glass of water. It did not taste anything like orange as the package indicated. It was horrible. After that I always drank it with juice. Juice helped mask the taste a little bit, but I still tried to drink it as fast as I could.
Last but not least, I really didn't find that it did anything for my energy levels. I'm usually tired throughout the day and exhausted in the evening, that didn't change at all over the few weeks I made myself try these.
I like to try find a positive in any item I use, with these I'm sad to say that I just couldn't.
I was sent a packet of these to review by ChickAdvisor
I tried this in water for the first couple days and oh man the taste was awful! It wasn't a fruity taste, quite medicinal. I tried it in some cranberry juice that I had and it didn't help much. Anyways I powered through each morning and just gulped it back in a glass of water as fast as I could.
Over the course of about 2 weeks I didn't notice any difference in my energy level. I took it every morning and I didn't notice any difference. When work is slow I get bored and sleepy and when work is busy then I'm occupied and stay awake easily. There were a few night I got less then 5 hours and took the ampule in the morning and didn't notice any boost in energy even when I was tired.
I also was not a fan of the packaging. Every time I cracked one of the ampules open it would jet a little bit of the liquid out. I tried doing it slowly, quickly, twisting, snapping, peeling... it always squirted a bit out. I started opening it at my sink and pointing it away from me to keep my clothes clean.
Overall would I recommend it? No, the taste was bad, the packaging was bad, the look was unappealing (it would turn any liquid you put it in brown), and it didn't boost energy at all.
I'd like to thank ChickAdvisor for giving me this opportunity to try out Adrien Gagnon Super Energex, in exchange for my honest review
I would take an ampoule diluted in fruit juice every morning for the past week and I must say it was truly disgusting, not even the fruit juice can mask the taste. ( tasted nothing like orange)
After a couple of days I noticed I would be exhausted, to the point that I'd have to take an afternoon nap! And this went on for a week & 2 days.
Since I've stopped taking it I've been feeling SO much better.
All in all, i would NEVER purchase this product, nor recommend to any one!
Product is BOGUS!
I received this product free of charge from chickadvisor. I do not recommend it. Had it for about a week, it tastes bad with water, I do not taste the orange in it at all. Was not interested in drinking more. It left a bad taste in my mouth after drinking. I made me feel like i was going to be sick.
I received this from ChickAdvisor to do a product test.
This was absolutely a fail. The taste was something to be desired, I can't even tell you what the actual flavour is! It is supposed to taste like orange but it is a sweet mess of a mystery ingredient. I also didn't notice any boost in mood/energy with the ginseng at all.
*Also, for being a 'health product' it's got parabens...are you kidding me??!! Absolutely disgusting ingredient! Will never use or buy this product!*
This made anything I mixed it into taste like barium liquid, it is so gross and made me rather nauseous too. My energy did not improve at all, if anything I got more fatigued after drinking it. Within an hour I needed to go back to sleep actually.
