Do not mix with water unless you don't mind weird tastes. Lol I got this as a free trial from ChickAdvisor. I would drink it in the morning with apple juice or in my smoothies. I love that it's all natural and it really did give me that little energy boost that I need to start my day.

When I first tried this product, I made the huge mistake of mixing it with water and it tasted awful. I couldn't even finish half the glass because it was that disgusting. It does not taste like orange at all, but rather it has this weird, artificial vanilla flavor.

The next day I tried it mixed with a half cup of apple juice and the taste was not noticeable at all. All I tasted was the apple juice. The weird vanilla aroma was still there but it was not an issue. The color is a bit weird but it doesn't bother me. I've taken it in the morning all the time and I have noticed a slight increase in energy and mental fog seems to have lifted a bit on days that I am particularly tired.

I will finish the box but I am not sure it I have noticed enough of a difference in energy to prompt me to buy another box. I would recommend this to someone looking for a natural energy boost, because it may be just what they need.

First things first: Mix this with juice! Otherwise, you may not like the taste. It's very herbal and almost medicinal tasting, but if you mix it with juice (I had it with cranberry juice) it isn't bad.

Not something I would have every day, but great for if you need a little extra boost to get you going to tackle your to-do list on any given day! Natural ingredients, so it's not like other "energy" products that aren't good for you.

I was really excited to try out this product as I often feel sluggish and tired, particularly during the 3 PM slump. I was impressed by the packaging and the size of the dosage, it mixed into my morning smoothie really well and was easy to incorporate into my routine.

I received this product free as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club and couldn't wait to try it, being a mom of two toddlers it can be difficult to keep up with them without tons of coffee. I found this was an awesome replacement for caffiene and was extremely effective. I felt engerized and alert all day, I am definitely going to continue use even after my samples are gone.
The only negative thing about this supplement is the taste, i personally found it almost undrinkable when added to water. So I opted to add it to iced tea and could barely taste it.

I have never used these before so I read the instructions listed on the box first, it says that "don't use more than a month" worried me a little. But on the other side I have vitamin deficiencies and I have to take injections every month because of that specially B vitamins. The taste was not very good at all. It was labelled as orange flavor but resembled more of a pungent medicinal bitter taste. I did notice a big enough difference in my energy levels however to keep trying them. I would recommend these to people who live an active lifestyle and I don't think I would use them every day. But I would probably purchase it again.

This morning I mixed with juice and could still taste it but it was much better. I think if I mixed it into my smoothie it would be nearly undetectable. I did notice that about 15 minutes after drinking it I felt awake and alert. This feeling seems to last quite awhile as well. Much longer than with coffee and without and shakes side effect. I won't use this stuff ever day but definitely on sluggish days.

Pros:
It's easy to forget this has vitamin B - alongside other beneficial herbs. So there is going to be an element of 'smell'. I used to take other B12 pills and it is no different. I have no issues opening, adding to a little water/juice and chugging. It will alter the way you process it (I read a reviewer stating peeing glowsticks). Yes, vitamins will do that :)
-Like that it is convenient to travel with. Maybe the packaging could be more recyclable seeing as the company is so green.
-Maybe it is too soon to tell, but in the first 3 days, I did find an increase in energy.

Cons: Does not taste like orange as states on the package, but personally not a biggie.

So I like that it's pre-measured for you -- as other liquid supplements I've taken in the past were in bottles and it was a bit messy trying to measure it with a spoon and what not. I was able to open the ampoule easily without spilling it everywhere.

Also, I guess the ampoules provide convenience as you can probably take one with you on-the-go each day -- but then the packaging did seem a bit wasteful.

I tried this formula with cranberry juice and found the taste was fine. I normally take a liquid iron supplement and liquid iron supplement -- and this tasted very similar to them...so I found it was normal to me. But I've never tried taking any with just water alone. I would assume that would not taste the greatest.

I was a bit under the weather, so taking this did help slightly with the boost of energy to get through the day.

I like that it's :
low in calories, taurine free, guarana free and gluten free.

But on the side of the ingredients list, there were a couple of parabens. Now I'm sure there are parabens in tons of foods, cosmetics, etc out there, but I think they should've tried to make this more natural and without parabens.
Because of this, I probably would not purchase this again.
