The first thing I noticed about the Super Energex capsules was the packaging. It's in a distinctive orange plastic vial that seems sturdy enough to just toss into bags. However it didn't taste as orange as the package. It tasted more like an undesirable tea. Since the taste wasn't too pleasant, I suggest adding into a better tasting juice so that it'll be easier to swallow. I noticed that I didn't yawn as much throughout the day and picked up my energy level just a tad for about 6 hours without the crash. It's a good price considering it's effectiveness, but I can't imagine taking this in the long term and waking up to drink something that doesn't taste too good in the morning
Ugh, I wanted to love these so much. I love the little tube like individual containers they come in. However the taste, I couldn't stand to drink it. I let my whole family and a few friends try them , since the package comes with so many, none of us liked it. I tried with juice and water but I couldn't do it. Maybe in a smoothie or something. I would not buy in the future. I didn't get how it was supposed to taste like orange either. Was more like drinking a straight shot of vitamins. Very healthy just not worth the taste.
Got it for free to try out and after using it for over two weeks I am kind of indifferent about it. I do notice a difference in energy the day I use it but I really don't like the taste so I would rather take a tablet than drink this.
First off, it does not taste great when you add it to water or juice. The colder the beverage the better, that way the taste isn't as bad.
In terms of effectiveness, I did feel a bit more energized after using it. The effects weren't felt until the next day and were felt even after I took a break from using the additive.
Maybe it the taste was better I'd considered purchasing it in the future.
Overall, it does give you a boost, but the taste is something you have to contend with
I am very skeptical of vitamin supplements and have never felt the need to try/use one. I was given the opportunity to try this product for free via the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club in exchange for my honest review, and I am very pleased with the results.
This product comes in an easy to open single dose package. Each morning I mixed it in approximately 1/4 cup of cold water and enjoyed the flavour - it has a light orange/vanilla taste (although there is a slight vitamin B aftertaste). I did notice a boost in my energy level right from the first dose - is this a placebo effect? I don't know but I will take it. It does state that it helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins and I would like to test this with a more prolonged use. For now I am just happy using it on the days I require a little more spring in my step.
I had to put this in strong juice to dilute the taste. I think the colour turned me off more than the taste. I like that there are lots of vitamins packed into one easy drink.
It took a little while to get used to the taste of these. I first tried diluting it in a glass of juice, like the instructions suggested, but I found it just ruined the taste of my juice. So instead, I just take them straight up, like a little vitamin shot. They are a great way to get your much needed B vitamins, and I love them!
I have read some reviews before trying the product for the first time so I did not expect much when I diluted it in water - I did not find it that bad! And It tasted fine in the orange juice. It definitely gave me the right energy, I was able to skip my morning coffee. I did seem to have a harder time falling asleep some days I used this product but in all reality it could have been due to other stuff - I had some crazy things going on at work so who knows.
If you need a boost of energy, this product is definitely worth a try, though I would not use any energy boosters on a long term basis. But this one is a waaaaay better option that some of the nasty energy drinks like red bull etc.

I was not impressed with this product. I love using natural supplements - especially ones that suggest energy. My first mistake was diluting it in water - tasted horrible. But then I saw in an email to put it in orange juice. Not as bad. I didn't feel any difference with the product. The smell was a turn off and the packaging was hard to work with. I use Emergen-C - it has a variety of vitamins and gives me a boost of energy when my coffee isn't enough.
I was feeling sick the day I received this product from the Product Review Club for free, but I wanted to try it right away so I poured a capsule into a glass of water. It tasted really bad! I definitely need to use it with juice instead. But I did notice a really big energy boost. I was just starting to get sick with a cold/ flu and after taking this I was able to have a really productive day. I worked a full day and also did all my housework and even went out later that night. My senses were sharpened and I had better focus. I have tried other energy boosters that rely mostly on caffeine, so I was really glad to see this one is all different kinds of ginseng instead.
