This product is the perfect menstrual cycle compliment. The week before my period I tend to get anxious and very fatigued. The B vitamin complex in this supplement really helped give me the mood and energy boost that I needed to feel normal. I found the first couple days I took it, I would wake up the next morning have crashed and feeling tired and a little down but after a couple more days it felt more regulated in my system. I did not try the supplement in orange juice, as recommended. Instead, I would drink it with a cup of water. It had a nutty/vanilla taste. Because of the excess amounts of vitamin B, it made my urine bright yellow.

I would recommend this to anyone who needs a boost of energy, or who suffers from fatigue due to menstruation like I do. You aren't supposed to take the product longer than a month, so I would only take it during the week that it would be relevant for me.

I added the product to my morning juice. It was so convenient since there is no special tool or process that would take up time. I do not mind the taste but it is something to get used to.
I did not notice much difference in my energy level in the morning. I tried it in the middle of the day where my energy level usual levels down and I noticed that it gives me extra boost for the rest of the day.

Adrien Gagnon Super Energex - I take it every morning with a glass of water. I like that I can just pour it into the water and drink it. I don't have to stir it. I gives me energy for the day. I notice that after I take it, I'm more alert and awake. The taste takes a lot of getting used to though. It doesn't taste like orange to me at all.

I received this product free from Chick Advisor for their product review club. I added this to orange juice as the box recommended and didn't notice much of a taste difference. I did notice that I felt more energetic in the mornings but it gradually wore off as the day went, which I kind of expected.

Great tasting! Fights fatigue and helps with stress, I didn't find the stress part helped but it is a more calming drink. Price is 20/$12.50, not bad for energy source

I received this product free to try and the first day I added to orange juice(that's what was recommended) and it helped give me more energy especially in my morning workout. The only thing is I am unsure about some of the ingredients ; ethanol and paraben...? Is that why it says it the box to consult a health care practitioner if using this product beyond 1 month!

I was pretty excited to receive the Energex free for reviewing purposes. I'm currently on a weight loss journey, and thought using these before my workouts would be great. I'll start off by saying, the individual packaging is fantastic, so much easier to travel with. The formula does work great and gives you a nice boost. The taste.... Leaves a whole lot to be desired... A whooooole lot. It tastes horrible. Water, juice, coffee, nothing masks the taste. Great product... If you can get it down.

I have received this product free to try and review under chick advisor website. I have tried it both with water and in a juice and I just can't stand the quality and taste of the product. However, it is very effective in giving energy after you consume it. Overall, I am excited to try it out and experience it's effectiveness

I always so tired in the morning and i don't drink coffee, so when i received this I'm so excited to try if it's gonna work. First i really like the individual packaging it's easy to pour in. I haven't try it by itself, i always put it inside orange juice which the box recommend. The taste is quite good with the orange juice, i noticed a little bit bitter taste but it's understandable because it has red gingseng in it.
After drink it for several days i feel i have more energy in the morning, but it didn't last all day like it said.
Overall its good for people that doesn't like coffee and alwyas tired in the morning like me.
