I can honestly say I'm not into this product after giving it a try I didn't see any increased energy or less stress for me. The flavour was fine not, somethings that I looked forward to however.
I don't like the packaging it looks to clinical for my tastes. I like products to look inviting not intimidating and daunting. I think this product is a bit on the expensive side and will likely be something I bypass in the future. I also think people are better off getting what they need out of the food they eat rather than supplementing in this way. Eat whole foods, drink lots of water feel better it's simple really.

Where to start, I had high hopes for the Adrien Gagnon Super Energex ampoules.
I did what it said, mixed one ampoule with a half a bottle of water, was not expecting what happened next. The water then turned an iodine brown color...ewww, then when I went to drink it, oh my, I could barely get it past my nose, it smelled so awful and I do mean awful, it is supposed to be orange flavoured?? I did end up drinking the entire thing just because I wanted to see if it would actually do anything. It was extremely tough going down, tasted horrid and by the last few swallows I had to hold my nose to drink it.
And to make matters worse, I could not get that taste out of my mouth, I had to brush my teeth and gargle 3 times and I could still taste it.
With that said, I waited for it to "kick" in, but alas it never did. I felt absolutely no different after drinking this putrid stuff then I did before I drank it.
Sorry but I gave away the rest of the ampoules to people at the gym, because I certainly wasn't going to use another one.
Very disappointed in this product, glad I was able to try it before you buy it.
Thank you Chic Advisor for allowing me to try it.
I didn't feel any lift in energy and the taste really put me off. I'm not one to keep fruit juice around to make it palatable, so it wouldn't be a product that I would use. However I appreciate that it seemed to have healthy ingredients such as the vitamin B and not just caffeine and sugar like common energy drinks. As it is something you are supposed to have at breakfast, I thought the packaging was wasteful with the plastic ampules and it would be a lot better to have a bottle with dropper for example.
I received this product from Chickadvisor.
I'm not a big fan of 'energy boosters', the taste wasn't great. I also didn't feel much of a difference in my energy or stress levels. I wouldn't purchase nor would I recommend this product.
I was sent this product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. Unfortunately, like so many other reviewers on here, I did not find this product to be effective. It claimed to be "an energizing tonic that fights fatigue and helps increase resistance to stress," but in the almost two weeks I've used it, I have not seen any benefit to my energy or stress levels. As others have said as well, even in fruit juice the taste is difficult to get accustomed to, which wouldn't bother me if the product were more effective. Perhaps you have to take it over time to see the effect, but the box says not to use longer than one month consecutively. The price point of $12.49 for 20 ampules seems quite high too. I would not purchase these again because of the price and lack of results, and I would not recommend them to a friend. I was really excited about using these because I have been feeling really tired lately, but unfortunately these didn't do the trick.

To be honest, I did not like the Super Energex. When I first tired to open the capsule, the liquid made a little splash all over my counter-top and backslash. It was easy to clean up, but maybe not the best packaging. I poured my Super Energex into a half glass of water as suggested, and was surprised to see that it was a brown color because the box said it was orange flavored. When I went to taste it, I gagged. I wasn't expecting that kind of taste... I expected an orange taste as the package indicated but it tasted more like an artificial vanilla extract. I normally would have not drank the rest, but I wanted to see if I was going to see any benefits, so I forced myself to drink it. I did not notice any difference in my energy level.
I might have enjoyed the taste more if I had used the product with juice, but we do not normally buy juice in our house. Perhaps that would have made the product taste better.
I was eager to try Adrien Gagnon Super Energex, as I feel I've been lacking energy lately! Seemed like a good alternative to coffee or tea that I used to rely on.
I don't have any orange juice like is suggested, so I had this with water, and then with iced tea. The smell is VERY VERY medicinal - like a bottle of iron pills - and it was very off-putting for me. The taste is definitely not orange...which is probably why it is suggested to put in juice. Like others have commented, it is an artificial vanilla flavour that you can taste in your mouth for hours after you finish drinking. It IS drinkable in both water and iced tea, although I didn't enjoy drinking it. Best with food so the taste isn't so strong or everlasting.
So, after drinking it, I was expecting an energy boost but unfortunately, I felt no difference in energy. Even after 3 days! Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this nor purchase it again in the future. I suggest that Adrien Gangon changes the flavour labelling to "Vanilla", as there is no hint or smell of orange whatsoever. Regardless, I do appreciate the chance to try this product out from Chickadvisor and provide a review for it. Great company, not so great product.
I received a supply of Adrien Gagnon Super Energex for free from chickadvisor.com. Unfortunately I did not notice any change in energy levels. I did not feel more energetic or alert. To top it off, I did not like the taste ... mixed with water and even mixed with juice. I'm disappointed.
I was excited when I was selected to test the Super Energex vials because I never tried anything like these before. I must say that I'm not a fan at all because of the taste. I tried them in different types of smoothies since I don't like orange juice, but I really couldn't find a way to enjoy them. As for the extra energy, I don't feel like they provided me with any of it that I can't take from a coffee or tea. For that reasons I wouldn't purchase them in the future nor would I recommend them.
First I'd like to say thanks to ChickAdvisor for giving me the chance to try Adrien Gagnon Super Energex. I have a pretty hectic schedule as I work in a health related field thus have irregular hours and stressful work schedule. I usually feel fatigued even after 6-8 hours of sleep during my days off. It's due to constant adjusting to new time, stresses and environment, etc... Usually getting up for work is fine, but since I work long hours sometimes at some point during the shift, I feel so tired and lack of energy. Anyways, I was excited to try it. The packaging is interesting but like any other energy supplements. After opening it, I noticed a very distinct herbal smell, which was an unpleasant scent to be honest. I tried it with water as suggested - didn't like although it did wake me up for a bit due to the strong smell and taste. I also tried it with my warm tea - it still didn't taste as good. I managed to drink it all though to ensure its effectiveness. Anyways, I did not really noticed any differences in my energy level. I think I will stick to my usual regimen of smoothies and actual food and sleep for energy.
Since it didn't work for me, I don't recommend this product for anyone.
